Works like a charm
So many good things to say. Easy set up. Cooks unbelievably well. I need a blanket sometimes because I think it cools below the set room temp to let the room warm up to it. Easy app and you can turn off the front display. Easy to maintain and clean so far.

Highly recommend!
I love this thing! We don't have A/C in our apartment, so this has been a total game-changer. I especially appreciate that it supports a constant drain setup ― I just empty the container when it's full instead of lugging the whole unit around. The app is fantastic ― I honestly use it more than the remote (which works great too). The window kit and included foam seal everything perfectly; I didn't need to buy any extra sealing tape.

Super a nice upgrade
Recently ordered this because my old AC unit wasn't strong enough for the area and could not be happier. This comfortably keeps my apartment living room and kitchen cool and isn't so loud that I can't hear anymore.

We love this!
So far the ac unit has been amazing! We live in SWFL so during the day our house can get quite warm. Because of this our outdoor unit runs hard most of the day and night. We would keep it set to 78* during the day and 72* at night. Our bedroom is furthest from the air handler, so it takes the longest to cool. We placed it in our bedroom and set the schedule to operate 8pm-6am. It has performed flawlessly. We now keep the house set to 78* day and night. No reason to cool the entire house to 72* just to sleep. The only complaint I may have, because feel I need to offer one is that it may be a bit too loud for light sleepers. I'm glad I tried this out and will recommend.

Best portable AC
I have gone thru multiple AC's trying to find the perfect one for my 450 sq ft studio apartment and I may have found the best one. Is it pricey? Yes. But it will cool down your room in 5-10 minutes. Also it's so quiet! So many portable AC's are loud and this is quiet even on the highest setting. Also installation- super easy! I have very old windowsills and have had issues with fitting other units in the window. The ability to customize the sizing with the different panels that are provided to you is great. Many others have a standard size that unfortunately do not fit all windows like mine. I also love that the hose end that goes outside has a cover so no worries about bugs/rats coming in thru it when it's not in use. Even removing the unit will be very easy come the winter months. I will say to purchase some weather proof tape to ensure a solid seal as that's not included. But that's me being extra thorough to ensure none of the cold air coming in goes out. The quality and air flow of this unit is above my expectations. 10/10

Powerful Cooling
I've been using this unit every day for 2 weeks. It works well, however, It is not quiet enough in cooling mode (compressor engaged) to leave it on while sleeping. The humidity has been between 50% - 60%, the unit has not needed to be drained, all excess water is processed internally. I like the display and the constantly active louvers to direct air.

Excellent Cooling
Overall this AC does an excellent job. Cools the room down quickly and the controls are easy to use. However, it is not as quiet as I would like for a bedroom. When the compressor turns on the unit makes enough noise to wake me. Further, the assembly that goes in the window does not stay in place. Move the exhaust hose and the whole thing comes out. Added some sign board and tape and the assembly is secure. So, it is a keeper as it does make my upstairs much more comfortable.

Very impressive product
In terms of cooling performance, it's great for my small room and more than powerful enough. However, if you have a larger room, make sure it's well-sealed to maximize efficiency. As for noise levels, it's impressively quiet and doesn't bother me at all. Good luck with the company and hope they can keep refining their AC-technologies.

Great ac for a small room
When I moved in with my girlfriend the room we had was just way too hot especially in Arizona heat, so I got this and it actually has changed our lives. The price for how well made the product is great, the temperature goes all the way down too 65 so that's amazing, doesn't weight a ton so you won't break your back, and it's pretty low in noise when on, the only time it gets louder is when it's on full blast but it actually kinda is like white noise so it helps me sleep. Plus an added app to have your room cold when you come home after a long day of work unlike some of the other Ac's at this price. 10/10 product money well spent for sure!!!

My room gets hot, this solved that problem without needing to freeze the rest of the house. I wasn't ready to go with a mini split, this was more than enough for my needs. Very happy so far.

Very happy with my purchase
Our 3rd floor has always been hard to cool down during the heat waves so I installed additional AC for my office space. It is silent, efficient and fast in cooling down the whole floor. Extremely happy with it so far!
