Doesn’t connect to WIFI and IF you can get it to, it doesn’t stay connected. I was finally able to print 2 pages after troubleshooting for an hour and it took 5+ minutes to print each page- simple math problems for my 4th grader, not even a full page.

Didn't last a year
This printer is a piece of garbage. The airdrop never worked. Now I can't get it to work at all. It's difficult to find ink cartridges as well. I purchased it to replace my old Epson that I have had for more than 10 years, and that's what I'm using now. I've used this a dozen times and I spent hours today to print a simple return label. This is the main reason I have a printer.. Super frustrating.

Dont waste your money!
This seemed it would be the perfect printing solution for basic home needs. The setup was easy and I opted for the ink subscription, thinking it would be easier and more cost effective. Well, I only ever got ink once and now when I try to print, all the lights and alerts come on. Plus, it tells me it only works with HP ink, which is the only ink I’ve used. What a racket! I’ll be getting rid of this printer and getting another, likely not HP.

Bummed out by bas service
You never informed me that this order has been canceled. You notified me it was delayed - I just noticed when I looked up something else that you cancelled it because you never had inventory. I have waited for several weeks for this paying for printing until I got it only to find out I now have to look elsewhere. This is very shoddy service I don’t expect with all the money I spend at Target. I don’t know what makes up for that but you should do something - a gift certificate or making another printer cheaper. I’m bummed after waiting so long to have bet pFing for printing costs all these weeks and now to have to start o er finding this premiere. And it seems you never did have it

THE WORST
I don’t recommend this at all! You get stuck paying for a monthly subscription to use this thing and there’s no way around it. The ink quality is so bad and not accurate to whatever I print. WiFi on it doesn’t connect and stay connected. Will randomly print multiple of the same page and it will still count on your page per subscription. Don’t let the low price fool you and get a real printer. Not this garbage.

Hard to use for such a small machine
After two Epson printers that were nothing but headaches, I switched to this small printer. I purchased a few months ago, but just started using it about six weeks ago. Getting it setup was a bit tricky, but I just quit trying to get the subscription set up. I'm not sure what people are talking about where they can't use the printer because they have to be connected to HP. NOT TRUE. Go buy your own ink and just change it. It was a little tricky because they don't give instructions. It prints faster than any of my previous printers. The printouts are crisp and clear.

Don't waste your money
Do not recommend. You cannot use the ink that comes with the printer unless you pay for the subscription. They will not let you use the ink in your printer if you canceled the subscription. They continue to charge you as well and will not provide a refund even though you’re unable to use the printer. Don’t waste your time.

Never again
Horrible printer takes too long to print, and worst part is that you have to be subscribed to HP in order to use the ink???? Unbelievable, also, can’t use half of the times because it constantly is not connected to the internet. Save your money and spend a little more for a different brand.

Okay for limited use
It’s fine if you just need a basic printer/copier for a few things here and there at home, but I wouldn’t pay full price for it. I got it on sale around Black Friday last year for $39. You can scan, but you have to log into your HP account so that’s annoying. If you need that a lot for work or some reason, then this probably isn’t for you.

Multiple Issues when Printing
I have had several significant issues in getting this printer to print. I had to change my wifi password and it won't connect with the new password (even though all of my other devices are connected). In order to print I had to get a cable to actually connect my laptop to the printer and switch over to my windows machine (doing all of the installs). It worked for a few prints then it stopped working (I think because of a driver error). I had similar issues with wifi and printing on my other HP printer. I spent 2 hours on this today and will probably need to just send the file to UPS to print or buy another printer (different brand of course, no more HP printers). I do not recommend purchasing an HP printer.
