Canon PIXMA TS3720 Wireless All-in-One Printer for Basic Home Printing, White

I bought this almost a year ago and it runs as it should.

I had the printer for a little over a year and because of issues I have decided to buy a complety new printer. Previously, I had a MG7100 series for 12 years and it finally went out so I decided to get this model as a replacement because it would meet my basic needs. There would be extended delays connecting from my computer or phone for printing. Recently, I kept getting errors and after checking the ink cartridges, I picked it up to inspect everything and heard a rattling noise. I was able to move the printer around and there was a single lose black screw.

Not a good printer. The program at print from is bad also for Windows 11. It uses way too much and it doesn’t print well. It’s very slow.. not worth the money. Better off buying a better one.

I wrote a negative review yesterday but come to find out my criticism was unwarranted. My own fault that I was having trouble with the color feature. My apology.

Was not able to use printer the box arrived beat up and it was missing the ink so I can't really rate it accurately

Very basic printer. Had problems with connection speed from my laptop when trying to print jobs. Get continuing PRINTER NOT READY. Power cord constantly disconnects and does not seat firmly.

this printer is so hard to work and i tried to connect it it said connection want right and my computer was right next toit and to get the ink in there...its not fun 1 out of 5 stars.

The easiest printer set-up I've ever done! It quickly found my wi-fi. The ink is really easy - no more moving the heads, snapping in multiple ink cartridges one by one. Top loading paper is so convenient. I don't have to fill multiple paper cassettes. It's not a speedy production printer, but I don't do a lot of printing now that I am retired. It reliably does what I need it to do at a Great price!

Not totally thrilled with this printer. The price is great. Paper loading in cassette is not easy. I like the idea of one color cartridge and one black. It is not easy loading the cartridges in place. Syncing was not that easy and instruction are vague while trying to sync with i phone and i pad.

It indicates that it is connected online, but when I try to print from any of several devices, those devices indicate that it is not available.

Very happy with printer. Does the job. I was even able to set it up and feel so accomplished. Good for simple jobs.

wireless should be called worthless, used less than 3 times now doesn't show up on computer.

if you sent manual we wouldn't have to SEARCH for answers in this lengthy unnecessary uninformative online mess

The setup of the printer itself was really fast, whether on PC or Mobile. I was impressed with that part because in past experiences I've had issues with some apps not connecting with the intended printer. This, however, was a lightning-fast set-up. For my phone, I downloaded the "Canon Print" app from the Google Play Store and it was set up in minutes for using the compact printer. The options are easy to use, no second guessing or issues with the app's reliability thus far. I do love the accessibility and ease of using the Canon Print app on my phone, it's great. The printer is lightweight and easy to place anywhere in the house. The controls are straightforward, no technical issues with that at all. The scanner is fast, and the quality of the images is what I expected. Happy with the ease of use. I've printed some black and white forms needed for insurance and they were legible, no smearing, no issues with unclean prints. I would say the general printing quality is just above average. As for photographs, I feel it's just above average in quality as well. We've printed a few photos on regular paper (non-glossy) to get a feel for its color and quality and it's pretty good! I'd imagine on glossy it would be even better. Everyone in our household approves of this printer.
