I recommend
For someone why is never able to sleep good even when I do sleep I don’t feel well rested . After using this AS INSTRUCTED no more no less for me… I had the first night where I felt well rested and woke up less groggy than I’ve ever since childhood sleep. I could probably work more physiotherapy tire myself out and work mentally so I can be tired but even with that I think this product is fairly good . If you’ve tried everything and don’t want to used drugs to sleep and would like something less scary try this and see how it goes I was also using cannabis for sleep for a while , but I did not like it very much it made things worse . Using this has made me not feel the need to go back to that. I recommend

Avoid 'Calm Sleep' Powder
This powder product is literally crap. There is one very bad side effect that will literally keep you up all night, and it's not understandable why they have all that magnesium in with a m e l a t o n ingredient. For its price a consumers probably paying for the packaging as, twisting it open it is found the canister is only half full of the inconvenient, easy to lose powder. Can also make you really thirsty. At that point you have to really avoid any other nutritional product that has any magnesium. All the good stuff has been taken off the market. Just not a user friendly product.

This product works! I've been a loyal Natural Calm user for years and wanted to try this new Sleep formula. I take two teaspoons about 30-60 minutes before bed, and I fall asleep quickly and sleep deeply most nights. The quality of my sleep since taking this has noticeably improved. The only thing I dislike is the taste -- it's so sour and stevia sweet. My husband needs to take it because he sleeps terribly, but he's too deterred by the flavor. I would love an unflavored version of this.

Omg!!! This product is just amazing best sleeping remedy I have tried yet. . I make it with a warm cup of water stir 2 teaspoon and sip away. The effectiveness is so good that by 30-40 min I’m knocked out sleeping when before it would take me about 3 hrs to sleep .

Incredible sleep support
This was such an amazing find for me. After using a magnesium cream in the evenings for years, I tried out a magnesium powder from a company and it was okay. I decided to try out this one on a whim and I'm so glad that I did. Like a lot of women. I used to have a glass of wine in the evenings to relax and get ready for bed and I always had a hard time sleeping. This has completely solved that problem for me and I'm so grateful. I put a scoop in my water before I go to bed, drink it and I have no problems falling asleep or staying asleep.

It's about to be tomorrow
Melatonin doesn't do much for me, but the GABA in the sleep version of this knocks me out hard. About 15 minutes after drinking this, I am woozy and ready to sleep HARD. I have had no negative side effects.

Be very cautious
Nowadays, Melatonin has been very popularized by the commercial profits that I had read parents would use it on young children. I decided to give this product a try and after two nights of taking it, it had thrown off my hormones so much that I had severe sides. I had to wait days to get over the side effects. This supplement is very strong. Use with caution.

Works great for falling asleep
It really helped me fall asleep still woke up between 2-3am but was able to go back to sleep. My problem is it gave me loose stool which became worse by end of week. I decided to take a break for a few days and lessen my dose. I had used 2 tsp. went back and only used one tsp for a few days than took a night off. That has helped and i have been sleeping better. It does work. BTW it wasn't just me one of my friends had the same issue. My daughter who recommended it does not. I would recommend it but listen to your body. I think it needs to adjust.

Fantastic Product! Best Natural Sleep Ever.
Absolutely love this product. I only take a 1/2 a serving with hot water at night, and it works beautifully. Doesnt try to force you to sleep like other products...Just a nice ease into sleepyland. Very happy with this product.
