Guests appreciate the easy access with the push-down sides and the ability to swivel it close to the bed. Many find it sturdy and portable, making it suitable for various living spaces. However, some concerns were raised about its size and the mattress firmness, which may not suit all preferences.

Large footprint but functional
Does it's job but the footprint is significant. Just about the size of a crib

Dont buy this.
The worst baby product we purchased. Honestly, our only regret product. We have a pretty large room and yet the legs on this thing got in the way constantly. The whole point of this is to be able to swivel them closer to you—it was a bumpy ride for the baby so we never really moved it like that. By the time our daughter was 3 weeks old, the sides were so caved in she could grab them with her little hands which led me to be nervous that it was not just bad quality but unsafe. Please please please don’t buy this. Just take a look on Facebook marketplace people give these away for free because they suck!

Bad design - no sleeping baby
I am leaving this review so other new parents will buy something else and not waste their money on this. TLDR: This product is expensive and doesn’t work. Also customer service from Halo was unresponsive. Use the pack and play instead and if you can afford it buy or rent the Snoo. My baby is 4 months old and I tried to use this when he was a newborn and again at 4 months. The design is so bad that I think this will only work for a baby that is a really good sleeper. This did not work for our baby at all and I will detail why. To start the idea of swiveling over a bed is great but the construction of the height with the noise controls and the awkward height of the base makes it extremely unlikely it will fit most beds. We have our bed and 2 guest beds and it doesn’t properly fit any of those. It barely fits over our bed but the control base sticks into our mattress. If it did properly fit the swivel would not work as intended because it is not a smooth swivel. The swivel is so jumpy that the baby will be disturbed and wake up. The wide legs of the base take up an obscene amount of space next to the bed. They also stick out very far and sleep deprived new parents like me, May trip holding their baby. The electronic controls with vibration and sound are great to have but they only last 30 minutes. Once the sound stopped my baby would always wake up. We have a separate noise machine that is constant and he doesn’t wake up after 30 mins. On the “mattress” itself, it is so hard. I know it is supposed to be firm but this is way harder than the other bassinet we ended up getting, the crib mattress and the pack and play mattress. And I think that is a huge problem. We would spend time rocking our baby to sleep and then he would always wake angrily on the transfer. We thought it was us or our baby (he’s already a difficult sleeper) but then we tried the pack and play and the crib and we don’t have transfer issues there. After a couple of weeks of not sleeping with this, we decided to rent the Snoo. It is very expensive but money well worth it for sleep. It wasn’t a magic bullet. We still had night wakings for comfort and feeding, but it significantly reduced. When we travel and for naps, we were able to use the pack and play. And now at 4 months transitioning to crib. Final word. I reached out to Halo’s customer service about these issues and have not heard back from them.

Son never liked it - huge waste of money
Stand takes up so much room and our bed doesn’t let it go partially on our mattress as shown in some of the promotional images. Our son actually never really liked it and was awake within 10-15 minutes of placing him in it - he actually preferred the much cheaper pack and play bassinet insert on our play pen. When he’d startle and wasn’t swaddled his arms would hit the side waking him since it is so narrow. So if you do get it and use it, swaddling is almost required which doesn’t really work for our family with him being born in there heat of summer unless you want a huge AC bill….

Dont waste your time and money
The lights barely illuminate, the audio is awful and quiet (hatch is much better) and the “vibration” mimics nothing natural for baby so it’s useless for soothing. Overall 0 stars. Not worth the up charge for the light/audio/vibration mechanism.
