    A must for pet owners!

    My pup decided to go potty in my closet! I had recently ran out of the Pet Pro Oxy cleaner and used a generic cleaner (twice) to clean the spot with my Bissel, and every time I opened the closet door, the smell of urine was still there and it was awful! I picked up the Bissel Pet Pro Oxy Solution through Target’s curbside and tried again. Finally, the odor is gone! I also used a purple light to make sure there was no urine left, and it did not show signs of urine after using this cleaner. Great product for pet accidents!

    MISSING ITEMS

    I picked up an order today in drive up 2 days after having knee replacement surgery. When I got home all my pet cleaning products I brought were not in my order. Given that I had surgery. I have to use a ride share to go back to the store because the app is stating that the items I paid for are not eligible for return. Trying to get someone on the phone is like trying to win the lottery. Needless to say I am TOTALLY UNHAPPY WITH TARGET’s customer service or lack there of.

    Scientifically proven as why I bought it

    Okay Folks: I spent too much time on the Internet and wanted to learn the science of how to get rid of pet stains out of the carpet. I essentially watched a chemistry lesson on why the smell lingers even if you clean your carpet because it goes to the padding underneath so you have to neutralize that as well. Some of the chemicals in this product help neutralize it. It’s really important to DO THIS: put this in your water vacuum and let it sit on the carpet before you vacuum it up. If you have the time then give it two hours THEN you can vacuum up the excess. This needs time to neutralize the odor and stain so don’t do it too fast. I’ve spent a fortune trying everything sold to mankind. Your welcome.
