  • A: I was having the same issue. I purchased this in January and finally early this month with the help of my boyfriend and myself, we were able to unscrew it, it was so hard. But I think it’s not meant to be unscrewed because it just started to leak real bad each use, it got worse after each use.

    Plastic lock piece broke, cannot use without this piece.

    There is a plastic ring at the base of the glass jar that broke after a few uses. I wouldn’t care so much about something like this usually but it is the piece that locks the jar to the base. Without this piece, the jar will not lock in and the blender cannot be turned on. It’s quite frustrating. I’m going to try and return it.

    Cheap plastic parts but good motor

    Blends my morning smoothies very well however the plastic parts seem cheaply made and break easily. There is a plastic ring that locks into place and the blender won’t turn on without it. It’s completely separate from the ring that attaches the blender cup to the body. It snapped in the dishwasher (despite being dishwasher safe?) and I can’t use the blender without it. I managed to tape it together but it’s only a temporary fix. It’s a shame because the blender blends very well.

    Unreliable warranty. Product stopped working after two uses.

    I purchased this item and thought that it was perfect because it was a glass blender and will not have any microplastics and I only used it twice before it stopped working and when I contacted customer support, they said that I will need to ship the product to them at my own cost and pay the repair fee, which is almost equivalent to the price of the blender.

    DONT BUY. BROKE AFTER A MONTH!

    We bought this blender April 26, 2026. The plastic ring connected to the glass blender cracked and broke on May 27, 2026. Would give 0 stars if I could. I get that it’s only $40, but I should not have to be writing this review a month later. I had hope because it seemed sturdy when we got it. It hasn’t been dropped, and nothing we’ve done would’ve caused this break. We tried using it again and smoothie went everywhere. Great concept but horrible execution.
