Universal Skin Solution hypochlorous acid spray is a superoxidized solution formulated with pure, stabilized hypochlorous acid, electrolyzed water and soothing mineral concentrate that purifies, calms and alleviates reactive, sensitized and/or compromised skin. A: It has different ingredients than the product on their website. This one has Ethanoic Acid and the product on the website has Disodium Phosphate.

A: Our apologies for the confusion. Based on customer responses, we reverted back to our original formula but with an enhanced addition. The concentration of muriatic acid is very small and diluted in this solution to provide a longer shelf life and period of use after opening for our customers. It's been thoroughly safety tested for use on all skin types and will not impact your experience.

A: While it is up to personal preference, our Universal Skin Solution can be used directly after cleansing to purify, clam and soothe skin prior to application of any additional serums or moisturizers. It can also be used in tandem with a toner.

I really love this mist and found it made shockingly impactful progress to neutralize my redness or any irritation on my face. The smell is a bit like chlorine, but it faded quickly and was something I could easily deal with considering the positive effects. Unfortunately, though, this is my second Prequel product that has had packaging issues. As I got about 75% through my bottle, the sprayer began acting up and the fine mist that had been previous sprayed began being uneven and difficult to spray. Before too long, the head of the sprayer snapped off entirely, despite my being careful when using, rendering the last 20% of the bottle useless. The design of the packaging is sleek and lovely, but it's just not robust and it breaks, which is why I won't repurchase

Love so much, on 4th bottle and just ordered 2 more. I use this everyday, multiple times. I apply before plucking the dreaded chin hairs as well as before shaving my face. It is always in my daily routine as well as a refresher during the day. Simply cannot be without this product!

This isn’t my fav hypoclorous acid I’ve used. It has a nice fine mist but it also leaks a ton. I can’t really tilt the bottle at all without it spilling out no matter how tightly screwed on the top is. Maybe I just got a bad bottle though! In terms of formulation, I find it kinda leaves a residue on my skin which other hcl sprays don’t have. It also slightly stings my eyes which I haven’t experience before with an hcl sprays but I also have sensitive eyes so it prob not do that for everyone. I prefer other ones over this but it’s not necessarily bad, just not the best!
Love the product but the sprayer malfunctions.

I love this product, I'm about to buy my 3rd bottle. I use it on my face for rosacea and on eczema flares. However, please work on the spray nozzle. About halfway through each bottle, my sprayer stopped working properly. It switched from a fine mist to a stream which makes it harder to use. I had to buy a different spray bottle to pour the remaining product into.
Still getting used to it.

I am still getting used to spraying this on my face. I have very sensitive eyes so I quickly dab off of my eyelids and nostril area because I don’t wanna breathe in the bleach fumes. Lips as well so they don’t dry out. Follow with a lip balm. I have intermittently been spraying into my hands and patting it on my face. I think I’ll stick with that routine. I do spray it on my back and it has helped keep the little zits away.

Another favorite and cannot imagine ever not having this. I've gone through multiple bottles and swear by it for every day. I recently traveled to a very dry climate and camped on a river for 5 days. My skin was so angry when I got home. This spray paired with one of Prequel ointments healed my skin in 2 days. This is also wonderful after a workout to keep blemishes away and I like it after I shave my face 1 time a month. Its very soothing.

This is a great product for both myself and my teen daughter. She struggles with on and off acne on her face and this definitely helps with consistency. I use for my armpits that have major sensitivity issues and I get red bumps and rashes.
Product is fine, spray pump makes it unusable.

I like the product inside the bottle okay. It's not anything different than any other hypohchloric acid product. What I don't like is that I can't use the rest of the product because the pump fell off and no matter what now, I can't spray it. I put it back on and I can press it down but it never comes back up. The only way I can use this product now is to empty it out onto my hand.

I got one spray out of the bottle and it quit working. No amount of pumping or shaking would get it to spray again. And the cap isn't removable to use it otherwise.

Holy grail for me!! I'm 46 and have struggled with cystic acne for so long now, I can't remember when I last had a smooth, acne free face. Started using this product and within a month, all my painful, deep, cystic acne was gone and hasn't redeveloped. I've now been on it for a few months, and I'm beyond elated with the continued results. Plus, the fact it's such a reasonably priced product too is SO appreciated!!

This product honestly saved me. Anytime I have a break out or my rosacea flares up this spray calms it down almost instantly. I use it everyday after cleansing. If I go to the gym or for a run I also spray it after I’m finished. This is my 6th bottle. I will use it forever!!!

Mister clogged at the third — yes, third — spray. 😭 Like 1. Spray, 2. Spray, 3. Nothing. I can’t even tell you if the product is good because the mister no longer works. Based on other reviews, looks like this is common.

I've been using this after every gym session and it has stopped my tiny whiteheads that would always appear after sweating! Definitely going to keep using this. There is a slight chlorine smell but nothing too strong.

Effective spray. Very fine mist, easy to get into those hard to reach spaces. Plastic bottle has a nice velvety finish easy to hold when hands are wet from shower. Price is not bad, but a little overpriced IMO
