This is ideal for someone who likes to cook and every once in a while uses a recipe that requires a blender. I used to just use an immersion blender but the sauce gets EVERYWHEREEEEE.     2nd Hamilton Beach I've bought. 1st was very good, not this one. Cheap feel. Too light. Lid moves around when blender is turned on, so we have to hold it in place to prevent leakage. Container is loose on base. Lid has to be held during pouring to keep it from falling off.
