Doesn’t work at all! I took 3 and I still wasn’t sleepy

The first time I tried these it took over an hour for me to fall asleep and I felt groggy in the morning Not well rested. However, the second time I tried these I fell asleep quickly and slept great. Even though I had a couple of wake ups (normal for me) I was able to easily fall back asleep. I woke up refreshed and rested the next day. I’m definitely happy with these.

I normally use this brand but not this variation. Something about this one is really off. Every time I've taken it, I'll fall asleep for a little while, then wake up at high-alert. It's 3:42am here and I've never had this panicked, anxious, wide awake state with other melatonin before. Also severely restless legs and racing thoughts. I've gotten about 30 minutes of sleep and wish I could untake this.

I would have liked to try the 10 Mg ones rather than the 3 mg, but either way, I still got a good idea of what to expect from this product. I also ha My son has always struggled with sleeping. Even as a baby, he did not sleep as much as most babies on average. As a toddler, and even in kindergarten, I had to completely stop all day time napping, just to be able to get him to sleep by Eleven. At that time, he averaged approximately six hours of sleep each night. So I started giving him melatonin, but only occasionally. When I received these gummies, I began giving them to him on a nightly basis, and after about a week, I started to see some improvement in his sleep quality, falling asleep, and staying asleep. The improvement has been small, but it's still progress. When this bottle ran out, I purchased the same product in a higher mg, and have been giving them to my son every night. Thankfully, he is resting a bit better now, so I believe these gummies are effective. I would recommend them to other parents, if they have a child with similar issues.

They taste better than any other melatonin gummy I have tried. They are effective and help me fall asleep easier without making me sleep too deep and I can still wake up without feeling groggy. It usually also a nice sized bottle. The only downside is I got 3mg and usually I take 5-10 mg of melatonin. But I just took 3 when I really needed and that worked great.

It also helps me fall asleep within a half hour of taking it. The con about this melatonin is it doesn't keep me asleep. I get about three straight hours of sleep and then I wake up and it's really hard to fall back asleep so I'm kind of restless the rest of the night.

This is our first try of Natrol brand, and time release melatonin gummy. They’re strawberry flavored, and taste phenomenal. The texture is that of a normal fruit true. The packaging is a simple square plastic bottle. I like it, as it’s easy to hold and open but also recyclable. It’s clear, which is great for knowing when your nearing the bottles end. As far as reliability and effectiveness, I found it worked very well. I took it 30 minutes give or take before sleep, and found it easier to fall asleep. I did fall asleep quickly, but found myself waking up a few hours later every night. Perhaps I need to take 2 of the 3mg to coast the rest of the way until morning. I did not get the melatonin hangover for my current amount however! Overall, I recommend these but may stick to my normal brand that is much cheaper as the ingredients are very similar to one another but 60% cheaper for the same amount.
