Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Digestive + Stress Probiotic Capsule - 30ct: 40 Billion CFU, Certified Gluten-Free, Non-GMO Verified

I've started to order these probiotics and I d9 think they help me, however there ARE NOT 30 capsules in the bottles like advertised. My last bottle had 28 capsules rather than 30. They come with plastic seal, so they were packaged this way. They're kind of pricey and losing out on a couple capsules after a couple months, will quickly short you a weeks worth! I paid for 30.

I prefer the critical care ones to these. These seem to work a little at first but then I still have gut inbalances.

I had been feeling awful at the beginning of December I had stomach cramps and pains, I was constipated and really stressed about major surgery my husband was having before Christmas, I started taking them as soon as I got them and after about a week I was having regular bowel movements and the cramping stopped. The capsules might be too big for some people but I had no problem . no flavor or smell so that's great. 100% recommended

I find that I can be a little less picky with my diet without having bloating or stomach pains. Its not a cure all but it definitely helps. As far as stress relief is concerned its a bit tough to say how much of an impact they have had. I will say that in general I am more comfortable throughout the day due to reduced stomach pains so at the very least that has improved my stress levels. Solid product, good packaging, pills are a reasonable size and go down easy with no bad flavors. Overall, very satisfied.

I would get an upset stomach at least once a day before taking these. Now it’s only like 1 time a week. And it’s not as severe as it was before. Although I really didn't see much change in my digestive symptoms. I have taken other probiotics and experienced horrible diarrhea but did not with this product, but I didn't notice improvement as well.

I struggle with both stress and digestive issues, so I was really hoping these would help with both. So far, so good! These capsules are Dr. formulated and contain 14 strains and 40 billion probiotics, plus pre and postbiotics to help support gut health and immunity. They also contain Ashwagandha to help with mood and stress. These capsules are also Non-GMO verified and certified gluten free and vegetarian. You only need one capsule a day, which is nice. The capsules are a little large, but not any larger than most supplements and they are easy to swallow. They have a slight earthy smell, but it doesn't smell bad at all. There is no taste, nor have I experienced any aftertaste. I really like that the bottle has a flip top, which is easy for me to open. So far, this has been a positive supplement for me and my health. This is definitely something I will continue taking.
