Never Worked
The power button light just flashes. I followed the “troubleshooting” tips. Was clean, water level was up to the max level, even emptied & dried completely, and started process over again. Nothing. SO frustrating.

Amazing
I love this!! Bought it because my babygirl got sick and it helped tremendously. It has nightlights which is perfect for her!! It has a timer and you can turn up or down the mist.

Leaked and Broken
someone got this for me for Christmas and it wasnt making water vapor and it started leaking water into the bottom area and came out the vent. i dont know how this happened because i followed the instructions. very unhappy because i needed a humidifier

It started to make loud noises after a couple of months using. Inner side of the water tank has some sharp edges that cut my hand to bleeding when cleaning. A piece of garbage product. Do not recommend.

Great with one little hack
terriabe.. UNLESS you take off the top spout. Popped off the little directional nosel on the top and now it is actually putting a lot of moisture into the air. Great price and low noise. I appreciate that it has no "always on" leds. the display goes dark after you stop messing with it.

it would be a great humidifier if the mist top piece didnt literally melt together, we had to rip it out because every time we used it, it just melts more

Doesnt work well
This unit is super finicky. I can get it to turn on maybe half the time, but it won’t run for long before it errors out. It makes a beeping noise when random errors occur in the middle of the night. Save your money and get something different.

Worst humidifier ever. I tried to use it but after a year it the worst I have ever purchased. Nothing comes out half the time or if it’s full it spits water out everywhere. If I could return it I would.
