    Smell that never goes away

    Nice pillow, cooling as advertised, but the pillow itself smells like dirty clothes. I washed the cover, added another allergy cover and a pillowcase, but it still smelled so strongly, I threw the pillow away. Also, I was told when I purchased it that it was returnable. That is not true. You can only return it if you haven’t taken it out of the air tight bag. Very misleading

    When we purchased the pillow,

    When we purchased the pillow, they didn’t tell us that the next day the pillow was gonna be on sale for a lot less than full price and they also didn’t tell us that the price was different than another pillow. I had picked until I got to the register very unhappy with my purchase there.

    Great pillow but smaller than a standard size and all my pillowcases slip off of it, looking very messy. The blue color also shows through all pillowcases and looks off. It needs a better cover.

    Not quite what I hoped for

    We used the pillows for about 3 days and went back to other pillows which offered greater comfort. Product was nicely constructed, is slightly on the small side for a standard pillow and now sits in a guest room.

    Not what I expected

    At first glance this pillow seemed comfortable but after 4 weeks of us, this pillow feels stiff. It's firm and standard pillowcase fits awkward. I don't like how stiff this pillow is. It looks like a huge sponge on the bed. I tried to return them for another more comfortable pillow and was told I can't. I am disappointed 😞
