Newair® 18-Bottle 10.75" Black Freestanding Dual Zone Wine Fridge

I bought this unit becasue it had overall great reviews and the size is perfect. However, when it arrived, I let it sit ovenight before plugging it in. Once I did, the temperature buttons would not change the temperatures. Needless to say, I was disappinted. Anyhow, I called the support number and they were excellent. They had FedEx pick up the malfuntioning one and sent me a new one, which arrived the next day. The agent said they have had problems with the control panel, which was probably defective. Anyhow, the new one came and it had the same issue. I called again and they said I could not get a refund from them and that I would have to return it where I purchaed it. I explained that I live on the second floor and I am 77 years old and live alone and that returning it would be extremely difficult for me. So the agent suggested that a new one be sent. Since this was my third unit, I asked if it could be guaranteed that it was working, since I really like the size and looks of the unit. She said she would request a double QA check, but it would take a couple of day. I said fine. Anyhow, the third unit arrived the next day, which made me suspicious. I again let it sit overnight and when I plugged it in, it had the same issue. I could not change the temperature, no matter how hard I pushed. So now I have to figure out a way to get it back to where I pruchased it for a refund. csince I have no confidnce that a fourth unit would be any different. It is too bad because this is a nice looking unit and it has good reviews, although I am starting to wonder if those reviews are from real purchasers. Anyhow, I cannnot recommend this product, no matter how nice it looks! Three bad units is way too much to tolerate!
