This is my second purchase of the Bellwood curtain rod. I love the mid-century styling, ease of installation and ease of switching out curtains. I whole heartily recommend this. I’m so glad Umbra provides curtain weight recommendations in description.

False advertising
The minimum length is not 42 inches, it’s 90 inches! 42 inches is the length of half of the assembly for which you absolutely need both half’s, plus the middle piece, to install due to both half’s only having the wooden ends pieces on one end!

Nice product, but mismatched wood
Nice product, however the wood colour on some of the pieces in both curtain rods were completely different than the main bracket and product photos. This is quite noticeable. Disappointed in the obvious lack of quality control.

Easy rod
Easy to install. Aesthetically pleasing. However, I didn’t realize it has a metal bracket for support in the middle which isn’t very nice looking. May bow without it.

Just what I wanted
These are really nice curtain rods and look great in my infant sons bedroom. Just what I was looking for! I did have a bit of difficulty installing the rods because the lower screw is hard to access with a screwdriver due to the shape of the wood.
