Hydrating Toner with Ceramides - Normal to Dry Skin - 8fl oz - up&up™: Face Moisturizer, Unscented Liquid

It was hydrating and a bit similar to the cerave toner but this one clogged my pores really bad.

I grabbed this because I was in need of an affordable toner. But boy oh boy little did I know my skin was in for a treat! I had just left a dermatology appointment and grabbing soap but realized my skin was left looking a little dull. I used this that night and the next morning I noticed a small difference. I kept at it a few more days and the results are still blowing my mind. My skin looks so moisturized, hydrated, and smooth. My skin looks vibrant and bright with my pores appearing very tiny and non existent altogether. I would be devestated if this product ever got discontinued because it packs such a punch at an amazing price. Honestly speaking this toner is of better quality than most high end toners. Try this if your skin is in need of calming, hydration, texture smoothing, and a little love.

I have sensitive and mature skin. This product is too harsh for me. Very disappointed that Cerave hydrating toner is no longer stocked on shelves and this is in its place. It is not an equal product.

Has a strong scent of chlorine/ pool water. I thought I might have gotten a defective one. I posted a question about it in the question section and it got deleted. No one reached out to answer my legitimate concern about it. You are free to make of that what you will, but I'm highly disappointed in the way I was dismissed after spending my money.

This has worked great so far for me and will buy it again.

Don’t feel the hydration , the other one is better five starts for the por minimized one this one just regular

I’m so happy I decided to try this toner out, my new favorite! Great for the winter especially if you have dry skin.

I ended up getting this toner for free with target circle. I never used toner before, but I use it every night now! I have extremely sensitive skin and this toner makes my skin feel amazing. No dryness and helped a lot with my rosacea. Great product and will stick with buying this brand.

I got this because I haven't been able to get my usual toner, but, I will be staying with this one.

This feels so refreshing on your skin. Clean ingredients and removes excess dirt and makeup. Good price.

Now I know why this was offered for free- as others have mentioned it does “clean” the oil off no burning or tightness but it also gave a all over breakout after using it two days. There is also alcohol in the ingredients list.

This toner is basically a tall glass of water for my skin. Now I glow like I understand skincare TikTok! The texture and results remind of the haruharu wonder rice toner… or the beauty of Joseon

I like that it keeps my skin very soft and not harsh on my skin. It has not caused me to break out.

I have been using it for years for daily moisturizing. Good quality for the price.

I loved it. The toner cleaned my skin really well, without drying it out. It was quick and easy to use. My skin felt smooth and soft after using the toner.

I have always used other toners but recently bought this and am very happy I did. It makes me face feel clean and moisturized.

I really like this toner. It doesn't dry my skin out like most toners and it doesn't burn. I like that it doesn't smell strong and I will definitely be using it in my skincare routine now.

I am impressed with this product, I really enjoyed it because it is so lightweight and provides hydration without oil! A lot of toners can be drying, but It makes my skin feel refreshed and clean. I break out easily and this is very non-irritating. I use this after cleanser and apply moisturizer after. My skin feels clean and hydrated longer. The value is good for the price too!
