I never had dandruff after using this i had dandruff i was in shock. Returning

It sticks in the hair like glue. I pulled hair out trying to comb through it wet with this conditioner. I’ll be diluting it in the future. The old formula (blue) was a constant on my bathroom shelf, but unless dilution does the trick, I’ll be looking for a new conditioner soon. Also, it hasn’t escaped my notice that the new bottle is OPAQUE. How about going back to clear bottle so we can see how much is left?

I like it but it’s not the right one for my hair I need the coconut milk shampoo and conditioner the one I bought water just drys and frizz my hair more plus my scalp got itchy

I love the smell of this shampoo and conditioner! It leaves my hair feeling incredibly soft, smooth, and shiny. Definitely a favorite!

Makes my hair really soft and freshen

First off I started getting allergic reactions when I turned 45. Went and had test done and it came back with a bunch that my body reacted too. One of them is an ingredient that is used in a bunch of soaps. From that point on my and myself always look at the ingredients in products before we purchase it. I've had no problems for seven years until now. My wife bought this a few weeks ago and I started using it. After about a week I got chapped lips, which was odd because I very seldom have them. Then after about week I started getting rashes and whelps on my face. Went and saw a couple of different doctors, both said it was some type of allergic reaction but no one knows from what. So I started researching on the products I use. This product doesn't have it listed on the bottle as an ingredient but when you get online there are two ingredients I can't use. Now I'm in my fourth week of this crap going on and its been three days since I figured it out. I'm going to OD on Benadryl as often as I have to take it. Been on two different rounds of steroids and it'S not letting up I've got a couple of different friends that are lawyers and are chomping at the bits to sue.

I love how well this de-tangles my hair and makes it soft. I have very thick hair so when I find a product that actually makes it manageable it’s a miracle. The smell is wonderful which is also a big deal to me because there are so many products that I can’t stand due to their off putting scent. This one is very light, tropical coconut that sticks with my hair. My only gripe is the price point on all Herbal Essence products and seemingly more and more hair and body wash. $12 for this pack is a good deal, but when you buy the shampoo and conditioner separately it’s like $20! That’s too much. I remember when this stuff was affordable. I try to find these double packs whenever possible.

After having kids I STRUGGLE with shampoos and conditioners that just make my scalp itch so bad and bumps. This is one of the only kinds of shampoo and conditioner I can use without ANY irritation! It’s a must!

It does smell and work great! I love the shine and way it detangles my hair. However…..it’s caused some kind of itchy rash/bumps on my scalp so I have to stop using :( I’ve never had this issue before, and it doesn’t happen for some others but maybe if you have dry/sensitive skin just be cautious :)

Gave this 2 stars only because of the scent. However, in reality, this shampoo lathered well but it made my hair super grippy and not smooth, before it was conditioned. After conditioning, i lost more hair than usual in the shower. Brushing when i got out of the shower, i noticed more hair fall as well. When my hair was dry and i flat ironed it, it was so staticky and was somehow poofy and frizzy (and i flat iron on 450°f and it is usually pin straight). I can see way more fly aways than i did before using this due to breakage. I will be returning this asap. Not good.

I bought these products on a whim and they are by far the best products I've used on my hair. Normally every 3 months I would need to switch brands for a while to fall in love with my silver hair again but not anymore! They make my hair soft and able to style...great hair days ahead!

I've used expensive shampoos and the cheap ones, this is the best yet!! My hair has never been so healthy or soft! Love it and my new favorite with the conditioner.

The scent is absolutely so beautiful and smells really good. It’s tropical, light sweet floral jasmine, feminine, coconut fruity, and overall a strong but light scent. Like I walked through a garden and passed by jasmine flowers while drinking coconut water. And it’s sunny outside. This shampoo is a clarifying shampoo for sure. It takes every bit of oil and dirt and dust and product build out of my hair. But it leaves my hair super squeaky clean and dry. Leaves my scalp really dry but not flaky. More than the smoothing Rose Hips one which is always my go-to. And i also lose a lot of hair in the shower from this line and the days in between showers. A follow up with the conditioner of this line is an absolute must for adding back that hydration! The only thing I don’t like about the conditioner is it’s really foamy when working it in my hair (squish to condish). I always make sure there’s no shampoo residue too. My hair feels lighter, has a lot more volume at the roots, and my hair is left feeling soft, shiny, but a little dry in places. I have 2b/2a/3a wavy curly hair. This gives me that beachy waves 2b/2a look effortlessly without stylers. I add 100% argan oil as a leave-in after shower on wet hair so it’s hard to tell if that is added shine too.

The fragrance of this coconut water and jasmine shampoo/conditioner is quite lovely and nice. It smells good and light. The jasmine floral fragrance is subtly light and the coconut water adds some sweetness. And my hair smells clean. This shampoo/conditioner made my hair fall out A LOT in the shower… like shockingly. That’s so upsetting to me. Upon drying, my hair feels light, more fluffy, a bit shiny, more volume to my waves/curls (with no stylers) and soft but a bit frizzier than usual and some areas of my hair are a bit wiry and rough/crispy and dry. It’s a mixture of things. Also, something I noticed in the shower is the conditioner gets a bit foamy. I have mixed feelings about this line. Ideally, I love Herbal Essences.

I really love this shampoo, but I recently found out about the chemicals they put in our skin care and anything PEG, EDTA are not good for the body.

I would like to try this product out, will you please make it available to the UK? it sounds perfect for what I need please please please I'll buy a hundredddd <3

Have used a few times now and love it! My hair usually starts looking oily the next day. With this I can go a day or two and it still feels clean and soft..Yeah!
