Awesome kettle for making tea. Love the temp settings and it is sooo quick. The keep warm function is handy too. Looks great on the counter and doesn't take up much space.

Bought it for an office. It looks nice but it is extremely LOUD when heating, especially compared to other ones that are half the price. Lid also does not open fully, which is very annoying for filling and cleaning.

I like how the kettle works. It is quiet, doesn't take up much space, and doesn't get too hot on the outside. It pours well and is easy to fill. My only complaint is that I bought it in Canada, on the Canadian site, and the temperatures are in Fahrenheit and I don't think they can be switched to Celsius. The manual shows Celsius measurements, but makes no mention of how to get those (I think they are sold by region).

For units sold in Canada, predominantly a metric system market, how on earth there’s no setting to change the display to Celsius or rather ship units that are Celsius based.

I bought this recently and it’s such an amazing product - keeps the water warm too and looks aesthetic even left on the counter - heats up a good amount of water too so good capacity. Recommend!!

I first encountered this electric kettle when I was staying at Miraval in Austin, TX. I became immediately obsessed with it and when I got home ordered one for my husband's birthday, which was also a gift for me. Since we got it a couple weeks ago we have not been disappointed. It looks elegant, works quickly and quietly, and has so many settings for all your different water heating needs. I love it!

I love the seamless stainless steel interior. No plastics inside. The dual wall keeps the exterior cool to the touch. It is very quick to bring the kettle to the preset temp options. It is nice sleek design that looks great on the counter.

We found the product better than described on the website. The high-quality metal body is very aesthetic and easy to use. Other than the silicon insulation part on the lid, everything contacting the water is metal. We recommend it.

I've had this kettle for a week and I've used it multiple times per day. I love it! It's so handy to be able to heat water to the right temperature, I don't have to add ice to my tea if I want to drink it right away. It boils super fast and beeps to let me know it's ready. Very happy with it!

I loved the product design (sleek, cool touch, and full-metal inside) and it is mostly easy to use. The downsides are that the lid does not open that wide. The main issue I have experienced is the electronics (touch panel at the base) does not seem reliable. The backlight seems to get stuck on at times, and the beeper also failed. I had the kettle replaced once but the same issue happened again. I really want to recommend this product as I love its full-metal container, but it's hard to recommend due to its electrical unreliability. I trusted the brand from their cookware (stainless pans, pots, knives) but I was disappointed by this kettle. There is a chance that I was unlucky twice, but considering the cost, I would expect better quality assurance.

We’ve been using ours for about a week now and are so happy. It’s easy to use and quick to have water for our coffee in the morning. So happy to have switched to an electric kettle!
