ZWILLING Enfinigy Cool Touch 1-Liter Electric Kettle Pro, Cordless Tea Kettle & Hot Water - Silver

Bought it for an office. It looks nice but it is extremely LOUD when heating, especially compared to other ones that are half the price. Lid also does not open fully, which is very annoying for filling and cleaning.

I have had this kettle for daily use for two years. It is a very attractive appliance and I was very happy with using it. However, apparently it is not up for several times a day daily use with tap water as the lid has discoloured to an ugly brown around the lid at the spout. The whole lid has discoloured to a yellowish tinge. I saw in reviews elsewhere that Zwilling replied to this complaint by citing minerals in the water but I have not had this problem with other appliances. Furthermore, minerals in the water should be a fairly obvious condition of using a kettle. Also, the silver colour is chipping off the main body of the kettle as if it is only painted on. We only have two adults in the kitchen and we are not rough on our appliances or equipment. Another problem is that the use is not very intuitive and my mother, who is 85 cannot figure out how to use it when she visits and I have to go over it with her every time. It is pretty quiet though and I like the quiet beep when it is done.

I just received my Kettle and I love the sleek look and absence of visible buttons or levers. The base is classy and the light up icons are so easy to use. I like the way they thought about the different uses of a kettle, like brewing, different teas, and also using it for baby bottles and soothers. Finally the double walled and complete stainless steel parts that touch the water make it safe and healthy for the whole family.

I love this kettle. It looks amazing on my counter and heats up incredibly fast. The temperature presets are perfect for different teas, and the cool-touch exterior is a huge plus. It’s quiet, easy to clean, and clearly built to last.

I like that this is 1 liter capacity and a lid that opens with a button. However, there are 2 things I don't like about it. 1 - When removing the kettle from the base, the power goes off, when you return the empty carafe to the base, the power goes back on and keeps heating. You have to remember to turn the power off. IT should be powered off when the carafe is returned to the base. 2 - I wish there was a temperture setting in between 190-212. I used it for tea and for some black teas, 190 isn't warm enough, but boiling is too much. I would like a 200-205 just under boiling option. Other than that, I am fairly satisfied with the ketlle.

I just received this kettle today and I am impressed by the speed that it boils, the different settings and the sleek design.

I am surprised at Zwilling's quality control, the base of my 1.0L electric kettle has 2 small chips, fortunately they cannot be seen when the kettle is on it. Calcium stains have started forming at the bottom just after a few days' use. The 70degree openning lid is a good idea but not practical when you live in a hard water region, sooner or later one will have to put your hand inside to clean the metal and the lid will be in the way. I hope the plastic used for the lid is food grade because condensation on the lid above the spout drips back into the kettle.

It is perfect for dark tea. Easy to handle and quick boil

The kettle is very convenient to use. Beautiful color and design, does not leave fingerprints on the surface. Heats water very quickly. Great size. You can select the water heating temperature. Has a convenient cable. No plastic smell.
