At first touch the pillow is fluffy, cool to the touch, and is made of soft pleasing fabric. After using the pillow I would say this kind of lighter pillow is not the kind I prefer. It is fluffy in a way that reminds me of a down pillow but a bit heavy. The pillow does seem to stay cool. I enjoy the pillow overall but I think I personally prefer a stronger more foam like pillow.

This is a perfect set of pillows. Very comfy and better than the most luxurious pillows - They are made from high quality materials and it shows. At night my head perfectly sinks in to just the right depth and is supported all night they are fairly hefty and dont bunch up or collapse

The pillows are on the softer side. Could have more filling. Love the cooling technology.

I was pleasantly surprised that all four latex cooling pillows fit into the box - they were neatly wrapped in plastic and vacuum-sealed. It took a bit of effort to get them out of the plastic (carefully using scissors helped), but they quickly expanded once unwrapped. As a stomach and side sleeper, I find the pillow height perfect, and they feel very comfortable. The cooling effect is noticeable and a big plus since I tend to run hot, especially when I sleep.

For a pack of 4, its a good value. Also the quality is good I would say. I use this for the second pillow to use as a support. I waited over an hour to let it take its own shape. Its not not too soft as well. Its a also really good guest pillow for a queen size mattress
