    Love it!

    I make a double batch sometimes twice a week and keep them in the fridge. We like them as is, but we love them as the main part of what we call our "protein pancake power bowls". We warm up two or three pancakes, add fruits like bananas, strawberries and blueberries, some warmed fruit compote or jam, granola, maybe chia seeds, a bit of maple syrup and melted peanut butter! It doesn't get any better than these for a great nutritious and delicious breakfast. We love 'em!

    Love this mix!

    Great Breakfast Treat

    I need the extra protein in the morning. I make them a special treat by adding dried fruit, nuts and chocolate chips. Love to keep them on the freezer for a great high protein snack any time of day. Easy to make. Light and fluffy. Great breakfast treat. Wrap a plain one around a breakfast sausage or just have with butter and syrup.

    These taste awful. Almost like the flour is going bad. Like another reviewer said, tastes like cardboard. I liked the idea of the protein in the pancake but you have to smother with butter and syrup to be remotely edible. Will have to toss the rest of the bag. The only King Arthur product I haven’t been a fan of.
