broke randomly
i recently bought this mascara and after only having it for a week the top with the stopper snapped off randomly with no pressure whatsoever. i am extremely annoyed about this as i was looking forward to using it but now i cant as there is no lid or stopper to remove excess product. very disappointing. will not be repurchasing.

Give it a miss
Ok but doesn’t give any volume or extension to my lashes so different in texture to the pigmented XTendlash mascaras. I even tried curling first with eyelash curler but literally looked no different. I’m actually just using it as an eyebrow gel

Encourages growth but a little heavy
I bought this mascara recently as somebody who has struggled to find a mascara that doesn’t irritate their eyes. Thankfully, I found that this one is great on my sensitive lashes and skin! It adds volume, although not a lot of length (my eyelashes are naturally dark and long so this is not an issue for me). It does however weigh down lashes, therefore curling before is a must and sometimes a slight curl afterwards. I also feel that my natural lashes are much fuller and thicker now that I’ve begun to use this!

Terrible packaging
I bought one, then had to return it because I noticed there was a crack in the bottom of the tube, and product was leaking out. I returned it and repurchased thinking it was just an error, but the second one I purchased also had a crack in the bottom. I like the product, but it breaks too easily. I won't be repurchasing until they fix their production issues

Disappointed
I bought this a week ago. Disappointed. I understand it won’t hold lashes, not on Mco, but i am upset my lashes are thinner, and now my eyelid is dry. Washing my face now burns my eyes. Wasn’t like this until i used this product.
