Bought these because target was out of their version and omg this sucks so bad! It does nothing for my sleep and gives me heartburn. And it’s more expensive than Target’s! Sticking to Target’s version going forward!

Is this product chelated or buffered?
I tried this last night and feel very ill this morning—dizzy, nauseated, just awful. I can’t find any information anywhere that says if this is chelated or buffered. Is any other type of magnesium used to make this product? I feel like a good company should be more transparent about the contents of their product. I have no problems taking chelated magnesium glycinate from other brands. I guess this is not chelated?

Front and back contradicting info
Was looking to swap to a new brand magnesium. On the back of the bottle it says a serving size is two capsules 100 mg of magnesium total. On the front it says 240 mg per two capsules so which is it? This is contradicting information.

Great brand

It's mag glycinate which is the proper form of magnesium. I felt like my sleep was improved at night with the recommended dose with no side effects. I would recommend this brand and purchase it for myself

Quality Sleep Made Simple

It doesn't take me as long the fall asleep, and my overall sleep quality has improved. The pills are a bit big but they are capsules which typically go down easier. Tasteless capsules, no chalky flavor. Because of the effectiveness, I assume the ingredients used in these supplements were of high quality. Overall I'm very pleased with them.

They work, but the results were mild on me.
