TERRIBE WATCH STAY AWAY
If I could rate this a 0, I would. This is the worst watch of all time! It was extremely hard to set up, and it broke within 2 weeks! I bought this for my 12 year old daughter, and she has been hating it! It is extremely glitchy and hard to use! NEVER AGAIN! Just invest in an apple watch I mean who would want this awful watch!STAY AWAY!!

Great idea, poor execution.
Great idea, poor execution. I feel L like I am always trouble shooting this watch and half the time or morethe location won’t update, I don’t need to see where my kid was 3 days ago. Calls won’t go through or contacts won’t show up on the watch. Planning on switching to apple watches once contract is up.

At best junk, at worst a parents nightmare
Watch mostly worked for 6 months. Found out it didn’t work when my kid was walking the dog, and instead of being gone 20 minutes, was gone for an hour. I texted and called her and zero of it went thru. She also could not text me. Super terrible reliability! Oh, and it stopped tracking her movements. Resetting, updates, etc. are a chore. App freezes, then watch freezes. They take turns doing nothing.

We have had chronic issues with customer service and their app, also the watch just doesn't do what it claims. 1. I can't be added as a guardian on my son's watch due to a "known issue" and all Gabb will say is for us to track the issue via an email list. We waited 2 weeks and because of this we missed the return window for Target (30 days, we are 3 days past the window and they are offering NO flexibility, thanks a lot Target - this is absolutely the last time I buy something like this from them). We can't use the watch because of this because I'm the main person who could help my son if he needed to call us, not my husband. 2. the GPS is not working well. It takes 3 hours to get the notification that our son left the area. Short story: Avoid this product. Total waste of time and money. And seriously think twice before buying something like this from Target. Buy direct from the company so that they are the ones that have to deal with returns and super angry customers.

Broke in 3 days. It literally worked. Watch never charged correctly from day 1. Customer service kept trying DIY solutions (I.e. charge for 24 hours then hold power button. If that doesn’t work, try this …. Etc.) Battery swelled and watch face started to separate. Spent over an hour on the phone with customer service only to be told that I need to add $5 per month and pay $40 to replace OR $90 plus tax to cancel.

Great device!
I love this watch for my child. She is not quite ready for a phone but I needed away to be able to contact her at certain times and to be able to track her location. I love that I can control the contacts as well. It was a bit complicated to set up

Not worth it, get something else
Got this for my daughter and with one a month it crashed. Tried to restore to factory reset and it would not work. After reading reviews, this is a common problem and we will be returning this.

It's a very helpful device. It allows my son to have a way to contact me without having all the added distraction of apps from a phone. I do wish it would show more activity on the map as far as history and the paths taken to get to current location. It would be beneficial to be able to add labels for specific places like friends, i have our home safety zone as small as it would allow me to put it but it covers a large part of our neighborhood so I don't always get notified he left the house until he is a block and a half away from home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. This watch is so goog for the kids. My son was so excited to have it. He loves this watch, he always wearing it since he got it. He is so happy that he can wear this watch in the school, because he always can text me. It help us to be connected and make our relationship stronger. He looks so serious now with this watch, he loves to tell me what time is it). With gps included i now where is he, andrhis is very helpful. 100% recommended. Great buy!

We've had the Gabb watch for 2 years now, and just upgraded to the watch 3e. I use these watches every day, my kids have so many after school programs and it's nice being able to get a hold of them any time of day even during school without giving them access to the Internet

We got the Gabb Watch 3e in Dark Gray for our son. He’s 12 and always hanging with his friends in the neighborhood, or off at basketball practice… so we wanted to find something that would help us stay in touch and track his location. This was it! Perfect if you aren’t wanting to open the door for a phone just yet. I love how I can manage his contact list and how we can set safe zones. So he can have some freedom and access to reach me if he needs me- and I can also have peace of mind!
