    Dinosaurs are cool

    This is awesome. Not sure about the Jurassic World branding, but it doesn't seem to detract from anything and the figures are nice. The printed plaque is just wow! The ONLY thing I don't like about this is the tail. It is too visually repetitive, and needs to be more organic. Not sure what could have been done differently though.

    Giant Rex

    Rex looks amazing finished. It’s giant and a great statement piece. I got it to put above my basement fireplace and he fits great. With that being said I’ve never had so many missing pieces in a set before. I think I was missing 4 or 5. By the end I was just taking off the matching piece on the other side and calling it a day, which you can’t notice so not the end of the world but for the price I would expect better.

    Size does matter

    Wow and wow again , for the price this set is just massive . How they think these building techniques up is beyond me . This is such an amazing set . Yet again now addicted to a new range . Great techniques , interesting and a very big build for the price . Def worth the money on this one.

    More shelf space needed

    Very long model. It take quite a bit of space. Lots of tiny pieces and a bit repetitive to build. The result is awesome. Quite a few Easter eggs hidden in the model (mosquito in amber, buried fossil and a frog?) Very limited mobility. The tail can curve left or right a little and the head goes up and down. That's it! Made to be displayed, not played with. Very solid, the parts stay put.

    Fun to build and great display piece

    I’d wanted the TRex for ages, I thought it’d make a great display piece but was concerned the build might be a little tedious and it might be quite fragile - I was completely wrong! The build was great fun, very clever techniques and didn’t feel at all repetitive. The finished model is also surprisingly sturdy and I’ve moved it around several times using the stand without any issues. It is huge, and looks really impressive on a shelf. The tail is also poseable so you can move it around. One of my favourite Lego sets!

    Genuinely Unreal

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best sets I have personally built, so many tie ins to the film, and such a beautiful set even while building let alone fully built on the shelf. One of the best sets ever in my opinion, an all timer of a set for any Dinosaur nerd like myself, let alone film lovers!

    Excellent display for fans

    I have loved it since I saw images, and once I got it I could not believe how great it was I took it slow as I got it around a busy period, but I believe its fun enought to be done with a whole day free The 2 figs are complimentary, being on point with theme. Lovely detail, and I love the display plaque Would recommend

    As an amateur paleontologist I really appreciate all the attention to detail on this lego build. She is lovingly displayed with the Tyrannosaurus rex fossils I have. If you are a dinosaur fanatic, this is a no brainer.

    Nostalgic adult

    I'm a huge huge... Huge fan of Jurassic Park, for me it was a no-brainer on day one, it's not for children, it's for display only but Boy does it look awesome I'm biased, but proud of my own T-REX

    Healed my Inner child

    The people that sold me this in Westfarms mall in CT were amazing. Besides that the set itself was a bit tricky to set up but once it was done it looked beautiful. My inner child would be extremely happy.
