Not only is it all natural but it’s not sticky or leave a weird residue. Even my littlest who has sensitive skin was okay with it. We used this for camping and nobody was complaining of bites. Living in Florida bugs are gonna be joining us in all activities and it’s nice to have a product that’s safe and effective!

These products totally change that. The smell is mild, even pleasant, but it still does the job, all while masking the nasty bug spray scent we are so used to. I even used this on my daughter and she didn’t complain about the smell… so it’s also picky toddler approved. The application is also easy, the spray is a fine mist and it doesn’t leave us sticky. We live in a very rural area and it has been extremely rainy, so there are tons of mosquitoes, gnats, and no-see-ums. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought it with me on a Maine deep woods camping trip. It has little-to-no odor and didn't feel sticky when sprayed on. I like that it uses more natural ingredients, but the down side is that it needed to be applied more often than some of the heavy duty chemical but sprays. . . I'll take the trade off, as we try to use safer products and it is worth it to our family. It kept the chiggers, black flies, and mosquitoes at bay. I recommend this and will purchase this in the future for my family as we are avid campers and bug spray is something we use frequently.

A few minutes later I had to check my skin to see if it was still on. It was the thinnest of textures, which felt like a light protective layer, matte to the touch. Second, it was super effective. I used it during the early evening and didn't get even a nibble. Usually the mosquitos swarm me right away. My family also tried it on a camping trip and didn't get any bites all night. I could not believe that it really had no scent. I loved it so much. I can't wait to try the other scents.

My family has also been using it. The sprayer creates more of a mist than a squirt, which seemed to give better coverage to my skin. I like the lack of fragrance and especially that there is no chemical odor! This spray contains 20 percent picardin as an active ingredient. For a chemical based spray, it didn't smell or feel like one. Of course the main benefit is that it actually repels the insects! I wore it in my backyard while gardening--which is usually mosquito heaven--and nothing bit me or even hovered near me. The Grand Tongo repellant worked in the woods as well, when I went hiking. Overall, 5 stars The review is my own honest opinion. Fragrance Free Insect Repellent for a few weeks and I like it. I would definitely purchase again.

I used the fragrance free version which I thought was great since myself and kids are sensitive to smells. We spent 6 hours outdoors with no bug bites the first time we used the product. The second time we went on a hike near a creek and was able to brave the prehistoric sized mosquitos with no issues. Definitely give this product a try if you live in an area with large populations of mosquitoes. We have had lots of rain this year in my area and it has been great to go outside without worrying about itchy bugs bites.

It goes on easily and doesn't leave a film like a lot of other bug sprays do. I loved that it's scentless because other brands leave a horrible smell that follows you all day until you wash it off. With this one I didn't have that issue. I live in Florida where the humidity and heat are unbearable at times and the mosquitos and bugs are always out. I used this while going on my daily walks outdoors, hiking in the woods and my kids used it while camping outside and it worked great and was very effective at preventing bug bites! I had no bites and I didn't notice many bugs around me. In the summer time mosquitos make it almost impossible to be outside in the evening when the weather is nice. When using this insect repellent I didn’t notice any bites on me or my kids even though I saw mosquitos near by. Grand Tongo Insect Repellent was so easy to apply. It was a bit sticky at first but once it’s dries you don’t notice it at all. I love that it last 12 hours. We love to go camping and this would be perfect for all day protection for the whole family. This product is also fragrance free which I love because I have kiddos with sensitive skin and fragrances sometimes bother them. There is a slight smell as you are spraying the product but it doesn’t make your skin smell at all. Overall this is a great bug spray and definitely my new go to.

I had never heard of picaridin before using this bug spray, and after researching it, I am happy to know about it now. The packaging on this product is top-notch. The spray feels light on my skin, dries quickly, and leaves behind no smell once dry. Be sure to wash your hands after rubbing it in, because I accidentally got a bit of chemical taste in my mouth. Oops! It is easy to apply and forget that you’re even wearing it. I found it worked best when I used it evenly over exposed skin and lightly rubbed it into my skin. I used this insect repellent on a camping trip where deer flies were terrible, during evenings in our backyard where the mosquitoes love the shady oak trees, and on the river, where the mosquitoes can almost carry a person away. In each instant, the spray worked wonderfully. Where we visit in Arkansas, there are awful chiggers so I really can’t wait to see how well it works against those terrible bugs. Picaridin has been used in Australia and Europe since the 90s, which helps me feel safe using it.
