    The One Daily for women

    The One Daily for women 55+ has been part of my daily regimen since it became available. I don't start my day without it. Although vitamins are best taken with a small meal to be best absorbed, I can take this without food and there is never any digestion issue. Love Megafood for this reason and the quality of all of their products. All of their products can be taken on an empty stomach. Huge bonus!!

    I was happy to find the smaller pills but I couldn't even swallow these. I wish I didn't waste my money on them. Someone told me it's because of the coating. I found Garden of Life vitamin code which work great because they are caplets. Wish you made a womens over 55 as a caplet.

    I love that I don't have to take this with food, and it doesn't upset my stomach or result in strange lingering burps. The pill size is also smaller than the normal giant pill for multi-vitamins, which is most appreciated! I've only been taking these daily for a week or so, but I think they will become a solid addition to my morning wake-up routing.
