[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that these are free of melatonin because I feel that is my go to choice for a sleep aid. The taste of the gummy is bearable to say the least. I don’t really enjoy the “sugary” dusting; unnecessary. Overall I felt “relaxed” and eased into a slumber, while also not waking up still tired. So overall, I’d give these another go!

Seen other reviews say the same I think might have to do with high sugar concentration , but these mfs don’t work for SHI! Opposite effect literally had me tossing and turning all night. Sleep better without them.

Pepto Taste, But Good Rest
I wish there was a different flavor, or non-flavor, option available. These are a must-have for my evening routine, as its hard for me to sleep due to night sweats/hot flashes. These do help a little with that, but not entirely... DEFINITELY not entirely. But I'm bummed with the flavor. Every time I chew these before bed, the smell and taste of the cherry, to me, is VERY similar to those Pepto chews. ICK. Needless to say, I chew them rather quickly. I might be looking for another option next time, unfortunately.

Works for me when melatonin won't!
Natrol Sleep and Restore is amazing. It helps me fall asleep laster, stay asleep, and wake up more refreshed. I have tried melatonin and it never seems to work for me. Glad to find an alternative!

Work well with consistency
Has been extremely affective for me. I struggle with falling asleep. I am able to fall asleep quite quickly (within 30 mins) with these. When I get up to use the w bathroom in the middle of the night, I fall asleep quickly again. It’s been a huge help!! I suffer from restless legs, low thyroid, and Lyme disease, so on any given day I’ve got weird symptoms going on. These help me start the days right with a restful nights’ sleep. I wasn’t paid to say this…I’ve just really appreciated how much they help me. I do notice more headaches (maybe 1-2 more a month) and that may be the GABA or something else. I will never quit this product for as long as the formula is made. My husband even commented on how much more rested I am.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Natrol Sleep and Restore gummies were easy to eat as the flavor was great and I like the blend of GABA, magnesium, and Vitamin B6 in the formula, which are all ingredients that supports better sleep. I also appreciate that this version I tried was melatonin and 100% drug free, and don't have dyes and artificial colors - I do wish it was less sweet though as I typically don't want to consume more sugar through my daily supplements.

Solid competition for traditional melatonin gummie

The appreciate that the gummies aren’t as sweet as others, but I could do without the sugary coating (personal preference). It’s hard to gauge the effectiveness of the gummies, but while using them I maintained a pretty consistent and sound sleep.

Dangerous
Nearly killed me. Worked for getting to sleep but after about a week I started waking up in the middle of the night with a racing heart, horrible headache pressure, feeling really groggy but like my body was trying to shut down completely. I thought I was going to die. Will not be using again.

Headache
I have used Natrol Restore gummies 3 nights. I realize the info states a minimum of a week before benefits of relaxation and restorative sleep occur. I get it. However, anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour after taking the 2 gummies as prescribed, I get the worse headache. Also, it's hard to get to sleep and I wake up about every hour !! Rough sleep pattern. I will stop taking as it also raises my blood pressure, thus the headaches! I was so excited to hopefully have something that works, but this one doesn't seem to be it. I may give it a whirl again ...any suggestions f
