2 in 1 purify + humidify
Nice machine and we'll built. When I use the fan mode on high or over halfway it runs out of water b4 I wake up and we are all dried up. Now Im going to have to get up every night to add water. Not good.

Does Great but lil tank
Overall, we are very happy with this unit. Love that it has the Wi-Fi capability so we are able at any time to know what our humidity level and air quality level is as well as the temperature. The only drawback that we are finding is the water well is having to be filled at least once a day. If the water tank held more water like a couple days worth, it would be absolutely perfect.

So disappointing
I had high hopes but I got this unit more for humidifying than as an air purifier. The humidifier functionality has been one exasperation after another. I’ve had it for just over a year. I got it for the living room but it failed to improve the humidity in there so I put it in a small bedroom. The water tank is tiny so it constantly needs refilling. The tank is hard to clean and can’t be completely emptied thanks to the wide rim. Now the little pipe that sucks water to the wick is blocked and 18 hours in a citric acid solution didn’t clear it. I also found it confusing to set up and very hard to get clear instructions.

Recurring Leaks and Unreliable Hardware
I received this machine as a gift and have been using it for approximately one year. Unfortunately, my experience has been marked by significant reliability issues.Within the first four months, I had to replace the original unit due to a series of hardware failures, including false alerts, app connectivity issues, and a completely unresponsive control panel. While the manufacturer provided a replacement, this second unit has now developed a concerning flaw.Over the last month of using the humidifier function, I have experienced frequent leaking. About once every five times I remove the water tank for refilling, water leaks from the internal housing of the machine onto the floor. I can confirm this is not a result of a spill, as the tank is nearly empty when it is removed. Between the software failures of the first unit and the mechanical leaks of the second, I no longer have confidence in the quality or safety of this product.

I Hate this thing
I hated this thing as soon as I took out the instruction manual and saw it required an app to use. Nope! Not interested. An app is fine if some people want that because they find it convenient. I find it highly inconvenient I need my phone to adjust something I'm standing directly in front of. The humidity levels cannot be adjusted on the machine itself, rendering this this useless to me. I hate, hate, hate it. I'd rather get an Oransi filter and some other humidifier.

Water level
The 2 in1 is an amazing & works very well. It has 2 inconveniences: 1.the water reservoir window doesn’t allow you to see the water level. There needs to be a float or something. 2. When the indicator to add water flashes blue and water is added, the flashing stops no matter how much/little water is added. I use a 1 liter container to fill it and it quits blinking but since it’s supposed to hold a gallon I know it’s not full. Since you can’t easily see the level through the window, it means more frequent filling for me.

I am a new user with only a few weeks of use with a Blueair 2-in-1. It was easy to set up, it is easy to monitor and use, and it is definitely making our environment more comfortable. No more wasting time and money on small room humidifiers that were tricky to fill and could never catch up with our cold low humidity winter air. I don't often write reviews, but when I find a product that exceeds my expectations I am willing to share my experience.

Needs filled too often
For the size, I would expect a bigger tank. I use this in my office so access to water is not convenient and if I fill it up at 7am, it needs refilled by 10am if not sooner. I would need a hose hooked up to it to make it really functional to properly use in my space and maintain the humidity level.

Super quiet and works well. I was going to buy a humidifier only but decided to purchase this device and no regrets at all. I noticed much less dust after I started using it and humidification works well without white dust.

Faulty Water Sensor and Poor Customer Support
The water tank constantly shows a low-water warning even when it’s completely full. The Blueair support team suggested a few fixes, but none worked—and they stopped responding to my emails. I ended up returning the unit.

Love this QUIET 2-in-1
I love this 2-in-1! I love that I don't need two different machines. But, I especially love how effective it is at purifying and humidifying. It's really quiet. The night mode feature is awesome! It's so quiet and so dark! The app works really well.
