WILLOW Portable Breast Milk Coolers - Green - 16oz/5pc

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this cooler on my flight to Washington, but TSA did a milk test and the inside lid was not screwed back on correctly so it spilled most of my milk 🤧 Also, when I used it to fill a bottle, my baby did not want to drink the milk!! Not sure if it’s the product that leaves a weird taste and smell or if maybe I did not wash it off 100%? I wanted to love it but it’s also kinda bulky to carry around everywhere i probably should have purchase a smaller cooler. .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this cooler twice so far. First time, worked great! Even checked the milk with a food thermometer to ease my FTM mind. Used it for the third time today and ended up having to dump 20+ ounces after work. I poured a little out first to test the temp and it was warm to the touch and my thermometer was reading 67 degrees. This was using the ice pack provided and having the ice pack in the freezer for 10 hours.

I’ve tried a few different ways to store milk, and the Willow Go cooler has been a lifesaver. If you’re like me, you’ve probably ended up carrying a bulky cooler bag with ice packs at some point, which is not very convenient. First, the design is honestly beautiful 😍 I have the Juniper color, and it looks more like a sleek insulated water bottle than breast milk storage. I’ve carried it around and no one would ever know what it is. It also fits easily in cup holders and bags. The 25 oz size is another big plus and makes it great for being out all day. One thing I immediately appreciated is that it gives you TWO different ways to cool your milk. You can either use the included ice pack that freezes and sits inside the lid, or you can use regular ice. That flexibility is really helpful. If you forget to freeze the ice pack or you’re traveling and don’t have access to a freezer, you can still just add ice and use it normally, which makes it a lot more practical for real life. Another feature I really like is the pour spout. With my other cooler, I had to remove the entire inner chamber just to pour milk in or out, which could get messy. With this one you can pour milk directly without taking everything apart, which makes a huge difference when you’re pumping multiple times a day. It’s also been really helpful for middle-of-the-night pumping. Instead of going all the way to the kitchen or dealing with a big cooler and ice packs, I can store milk in this and handle it in the morning, which makes night pumps so much easier. I also tested it during a full day out of town, and the milk stayed cold the entire day. That was exactly what I needed and gave me peace of mind knowing the milk was staying at a safe temperature. I also LOVE that the ice core sits in the lid and stays separate from the milk, which keeps everything more sanitary. I’ve seen other coolers where melted ice water can mix with things or create a mess, and this design avoids that completely. It’s also really easy to clean since the inside is stainless steel. My only small complaint is that the outside can be a little slippery, so sometimes my hand slips when holding it. But I also have very tiny hands, and it has a lid at the top that makes it easier to carry, so it wasn’t the end of the world. Overall, I’m really impressed with this cooler. It’s simple, practical, and actually solves a problem pumping moms deal with all the time. If you pump while working, traveling, during night pumps, or just being out of the house for long stretches, this is definitely one of those products that makes things easier for moms on the GO. 🤱🏻🤍

I am VERY satisfied with this breast milk cooler. It makes working and pumping so easy and I don’t have to worry about taking a cooler with me or bottles. This is such a great thing to have for breastfeeding moms on the go.

I love this new chiller. It's my new favorite! Previously I really liked the Boon because I could pour milk on the inside container and not have to pull out the center and drip milk everywhere but THIS ONE is way better. Super simple, take off one cap and pour in, it easily pours out to, all without having to remove the center ice pack container piece. I have used boon, the older willow, momcozy, and off brands. Occasionally the middle piece will slightly inscrew when I unscrew the top cap but its not a huge deal, I learned to check it before pouring. Even with that, this is by far the best! I LOVE it.

I love the new added features to the milk cooler: the duo ways to chill and the way the lid comes off to pour your milk into the bottle is perfection. The only thing that I dont love about the new cooler, is the size; it is a bit awkward to handle and store easily in a bag on the go.

I love this cooler! It’s honestly been my go to for overnights compared to their competitors. I will say the inner lid where you pour the milk can get loose so make sure to tighten before pouring just in case! Making it super easy to chill breastmilk has been amazing - love that the cooler part never touches breastmilk making it easy to throw in freezer for later use. Also most bag pocket & cup holder compatible 10/10

I really like the new willow milk cooler. It feels like a new and improved version of other coolers on the market. I really like that you can use an ice pack or fill the container with ice to keep the milk cool. I’ve always preferred the ice packs and love the idea that I can refill with ice if the pack starts to melt or if I forgot to freeze the pack. I love this size as well, it fits right into my backpack for work. I would love for a smaller version as well that I can use on to go when I only have to pump once and don’t need such a large storage bottle. The only downside for me is that I don’t love mixing warm and cooled milk and there’s only one place for the milk to be poured.

It keeps milk cold for hours and is so easy to use. It’s compact, well made, and perfect for pumping on the go. This will definitely make life easier for busy moms.

Loved this milk cooler so much. I especially loved how it was small enough to fit in the side pockets of my diaper bag as well as car cupholders! It kept my milk cold for several long day trips where I had no access to a fridge.

I like the sleek design of the travel cooler and using ice cubes when you forget freeze the ice pack is great! As a NICU mom it’s been convenient to travel back and forth from home to the hospital pumping then storing milk.

So far I really like it. I really like that it fits into a car cup holder. Makes it very easy during travel. I like the included ice pack. The one issue I’ve found is that sometimes when twisting the cap on and off the insert sometimes doesn’t twist completely shut and it is not very noticeable. When I have put the chiller in my travel bag at end of the day I’ve noticed some leaking because of this. If you don’t notice it when pouring into your bottle or bag later for transfer you will lose some milk. Make sure it is completely twisted before traveling or pouring!

I love the fact that the base of this is slim enough to fit in my vehicle cupholder. This makes pumping while traveling much more convenient. It keeps my breastmilk chilled while traveling or away from a fridge. I also love that it matches my other Willow accessories 😁

I was excited to be a tester for Willow but was honestly a little underwhelmed when I got it in the mail. As an under supplier, I am always counting ounces/mLs so the need for a clear bottle is a necessity for me. Having to pour directly into the cooler using either storage option wasn’t ideal for me. I didn’t want to have to carry around an empty bottle just to track my output and then pour it into the cooler and then clean the empty bottle for the next pump. It wasn’t too bulky or heavy, and the silicone handle is nice for carrying.

This cooler is exactly what I’ve been needing! The cooling tube is so small that it goes right in my freezer without taking too much space!! Also, milk stays cold for such a long time which I need to go to work and come back to place it in my fridge!
