    Screaming baby!!!!! DO NOT BUY

This caused so much pain and irritation to my one year old who does NOT have sensitive skin and has never reacted to a product in her life! She had a mild rash and I wanted to try something with cleaner ingredients. She started screaming as soon as I put the cream on, when I checked her skin a few minutes later the entire area was bright red and bumpy. It was so goopy and impossible to wipe off so I had to give her a bath. Immediately was happy and babbling afterward, although the skin had calmed but was still way more irritated than when we began. No clue what they put in this stuff but there is no excuse for that!!!

    Burns!

Bought this because I have an essential oil diaper rash cream, I wanted an unscented diaper rash cream instead because my baby’s rash was red due to switching diapers. Gave my baby a bath then put this on, my baby cried instantly when I put this diaper rash cream on. You could tell it was painful, I told my husband get it off immediately!! He said baby’s probably upset because the rash itself hurts not from the cream. I said take it off NOW. As soon as my husband took it off, baby stopped crying and was perfectly fine. Went ahead and put the essential oil diaper rash cream on instead and instantly happy. This stuff clearly burnt and felt horrible on my baby’s rash. I am so upset! I loved their eczema cream I was hoping this would be just as helpful and unfortunately it was not. This diaper rash cream burns an existing rash. Do not use! I’d stay away from this!

Disappointed with this cream. What came out of the tube was mostly oil with a little white cream. Shook it in attempt to have it mix better but didn't work. My daughter cried after applying it to her bottom. would definitely not recommend.

Do not buy this product (others good)

We use Pipette for our 2 kids for everything, except THIS product. When I first put it on my daughters bum she immediately starting crying. I didn't know it was the cream or if she was just fussy. I put it on her again another time & she cried and reached for the area. Then I smelled the cream & realized the oils are minty & it was burning my daughter's vaginal area. Sorry to say they really missed the mark on this the diaper rash product.

    Wanted to love this!

I REALLY wanted to love this product because of how clean the ingredients are. It unfortunately did not help my baby’s diaper rash at all. It appeared to help upon the first application but as I used it more and more the rash reoccured and got worse than it was originally. The reason for 2 stars is because of the cleanness of the product and it may work for some people, just not my bub. Also it’s really messy, very hard to wipe off. That doesn’t bother me too much, just noting that about the product.

    Is this a new formulation?

We have been using Pipette diaper rash cream since 2022 and I with my newest baby, I was initially using the OG wider tube that we had from their sibling (early 2025, purchased in 2024). I needed a restock and waited months and when the Diaper Tash cream arrived, it was in a newer skinnier tube. The formula was majorly separated and after my husband and I both attempting to shake it to recombine the ingredients (per customer service recommendation) it wouldn't come back together. It was a clear oil with clumps of zinc. Customer service sent us a replacement and this one arrived the same way, but after vigorous shaking, it came together a bit more. However, this new formula is extremely irritating on my baby's skin. All of my children have had delicate sensitive skin, which is why I exclusively used Pipette. But this new formula is not working. I put some on the back of my hand and it even made my own skin feel uncomfortable and have a slight burning sensation. Distribution of the diaper rash cream needs to be discontinued until formulation issues can be resolved in my opinion. Especially after reading other recent reviews, I can see this is becoming a common experience. I am just so disappointed because I was ride or die for the original diaper rash cream. My poor happy-go-lucky baby has done nothing but scream anytime we have attempted to use this on them.

    Eh

The cream in my bottle separated from the oil so now it's just a clear goopy mess. I tried shaking it to mix it all back together but no luck

The cream was completely separated. It was just clear oil even after trying to shake it up several times.

    Cream separates and irritates

When first using the cream, it had clear oil coming out, and the cream was separated. I used it for a week on my baby, and it seemed to irritate her to cause even more of a rash.

    Unfortunate.

My toddler started screaming crying when I put it on her. Clearly some not safe ingredients in here if it was hurting her sensitive private areas. Do not recommend. I love ALL other Pipette products but they clearly need to put more testing into this one.

    Unusable.

I don't know if I received a defective tube, but this diaper cream is unusable. It squirts out is straight oil and then eventually a little white comes out with it so it has to be mixed up. We have tried vigorously shaking the tube which did nothing. I'm normally a big fan of Pipette products but do yourself a favor and skip this one. I am so disappointed but this will end up in the trash. Surprised anyone has given this more than 1 star.

    New formula, not so great.

New formula is much thicker and doesn't spread as easy. Seems much more uncomfortable for my baby as well. Not a fan.

Mom of two with a third on the away and this diaper rash cream is incredible! I swear it's the reason why my kids never had any diaper rash, either of them! The ingredients are safe and it's effective 10/10

New cream not the same :(

Not sure if this was reformulated, but the texture and consistency of this product has totally changed!!! I'm so sad. It used to just glide on and now it's thick and clumpy. Pleaseeeeee bring back the old stuff!!!!

    Irritating, does the opposite

My daughter screamer every single time i tried to use this. I finally figured out it was the cream and other brand creams didn't do this to her. Really disappointed. I finally came on here to see that. I wasn't the only mother experiencing this. They need to change this formula.

Amazing If You Can Get Your Hands On It

This is my only go to for diaper rash cream. It's extremely effective (quickly) which is important. I just wish it wasn't ALWAYSSSS out of stock. I always have to order in bulk due to the constant stocking issues with this. Beyond that frustration, it truly works wonders!

First bottle was good, Second bottle is separating

I've purchased this diaper rash cream twice to use on both my toddler and infant. The first bottle worked well and the small amount that I have left is still all combined. The second bottle I purchased was separating the moment I opened it. No matter how much I shake the bottle, it just doesn't combine. Hoping they make it right by sending me a new bottle.

Great diaper rash cream! I recommend for babies with sensitive skin. So much better than other diaper creams on the market. This is a great gift for new mamas!
