Not worth the money
Not worth the money for sure. Nothing is intuitive or plug and play. Doing anything in the settings is difficult and finding simple, basic features (like inputs?) is much more complicated than it should be. My last tv, you plug the PC/laptop into the HDMI and you get video. Not at all on this overpriced thing. The picture is fine, sound is okay but I use a sound bar so no a factor. I cannot stand the voice remote or "SMART" TV garbage. Useless to me, I will never talk to any electronics, but there are no decent options that aren't "SMART". This one had the best reviews, I don't get it though, especially not for the price. It takes a ton of research to figure out basic settings. There's no manual, not even online that I have found, so you have to search random posts. Terrible

Beautiful picture. Love the deep contrast and vivid colors. Magic remote is nice and screen pointer is convenient. Ultra slim profile makes an attractive package.

Nughtmare before Christmas
This LG TV rocked the picture & sound. However, and this was a deal breaker, the remote & on screen menus are a nightmare. First, there’s a laser pointer that doesn’t work where it’s supposed to be, it’s wildly off, then when you get it to the item, it moves off. The menus are loaded with bloatware, and it’s incredibly difficult to find an app for YouTubeTV & Hulu. We finally had to go on their web to run it, but trying to pause the video again with the stupid remote, was hard, and it would roll into other shows. You could see you’re online all the time. Why no app for them? We returned it. For this much money it shouldn’t be a nightmare to deal with. The OS sucks.

Get pictures sound format ok
The TV is thin and light and has an amazing picture. I have had LG before and I am trying to get used to the format but with all the new technologies and apps it's not the same. I don't care for the remote wheel pointer ( not for older folks) Although the TV is great I prefer the home format of my previous brand. We did get an awesome price the included wall install. Over all the that's what sold me and I was curious about the AI features but I think it's above my understanding. I would like easier access when my TV is turned on to show you tube TV and the 4 or 5 favorite channels without all the other stuff all over the screen.. We have been having lagging with connection and we have 1tb speed.

Hi. Thanks for sharing your thoughts about your LG TV! It’s great to hear you’re loving the thin design and stunning picture quality. Adjusting to a new interface—especially with today’s wave of apps and features—can definitely feel like a shift, and your feedback about the remote pointer and home screen layout is truly appreciated. It sounds like you made a smart move with that wall‑install deal, too. If you ever want help simplifying your home screen or improving your connection experience, we’re always here to support you. Excellent display. Menu, remote need improvement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Display on content is breathtaking in clarity, vivid colors.Contrast was, of course, excellent due to the OLED screen. Of course, this is when watching the appropriate media. (I was watching an UHD disk of a movie). Out of the box, menu was really cluttered with apps I didn't need (not subscribed to most) and unwanted ads. I deleted the unused apps to de-clutter. Remote is nice with a point-at-screen-and-click feature. However, the precision of the pointing is a tad off. You get used to it. My package came with an LG soundbar which worked with the LG TV remote, which is a huge plus and allows me to put away the soundbar's remote. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase

Solid 65" TV choice
I've had an older 55" version of this TV and it's been a rock solid TV with excellent picture quality. So when it came time to replace another brand TV, after doing research, it was a slam dunk to get another LG OLED for my family room. Very durable screen, easy to use interface, and I appreciate the very attractive design of the product from the side, it's so thin compared to most others.

Terrible remote, no setting to fix
The remote is genuinely terrible. It constantly activates a very ugly and cumbersome pointer. I thought upon setting up the TV that I could easily go into settings and disable it, but no, I discover that it is a permanent built in feature that cannot be disabled. I do further research and find that this has been a problem for years, with people begging for another option and LG ignoring them. For a premium OLED TV, that is honestly unacceptable, the TV should be easy to use out of the box and not feel like it is actively fighting against you as you try to navigate content and settings. It may be a solvable issue using third party hardware, but due to the fact that the TV is very annoying and difficult to use without additional purchases and doesn’t give a tiny toggle in the settings to disable “magic pointer” forever (while loading up the TV with bloat and software that the user will never want to use, such as an AI chatbot), I am not able to give this TV higher than one star. Hopefully, if enough people speak out, LG will listen and the TV will be usable out of the box.

Great Deal
In all honesty we haven't been able to watch this TV much since it is going into a room under construction. But when we did turn it on, we loved the picture. The reason we bought this particular OLED TV was because there was a 20% off special for one day so we took advantage of that. We also need to purchase another TV, if we receive the same deal we would buy another LG.
1 reply from LG team - 5 months ago
Hello. Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your LG TV. It’s great to hear that even with limited use during your room construction, you’ve already enjoyed the beautiful picture quality of your OLED TV. Taking advantage of that one‑day 20% promotion sounds like a smart move, and we’re delighted to know you’d consider purchasing another LG TV if a similar deal comes along. We’re glad LG continues to be your choice for premium viewing experiences! ^James

Great TV picture and build quality! WebOS is just okay, nothing special, not easy to use. The new Magic Remote is garbage, never had a remote so hard to use and missing key functionality, replacing it with a universal remote!

LG OLED 65" C5
Upgrade from my 65" OLED C9. My 4th LG OLED going back to a much earlier curved screen and no regrets with my purchase of any one of them. With modern OLED TVs, the quality is so good the improvements become miniscule from yr to yr, but even so and as good as my 65" C9 is, this is noticeably better in picture clarity. Most noticeably on upscaling on normal TV viewing, but not limited to just test. Just an overall better picture. With the deals available now i would highly recommend this unit.

REMOTE BREAKS EASILY
Bought three of these TVs for my apartment, the only thing I recommend is buying a universal remote, all three remotes stopped working within 6 months. I believe it’s something with the TV or the Remote, it only works when you press the button between 80-89 times on ALL remotes.
