[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used any from this package yet, I have been fortunate enough to not catch anything so far this year, but I've used Contac Cold &Flu a few times in the past and it's helpful for relieving cold and flu symptoms. This does not contain a nasal decongestant, so if you are stuffy you'll maybe want to choose something with that in it. It does help with suppressing cough, sore throat soothing, and easing body or headaches. It's great stuff.

Due to all the colds going around at work and others spreading it, this was something I wanted to try and compare to other brands I've taken in the past. First thing, I definitely prefer gel caps over liquid. After taking it, I could tell it wasn't one of those that made me feel tired or out of it, huge plus for me. This really helped me and I could tell a huge difference within 30 min (maybe sooner for others). I would definitely buy this brand after I run out of my current stock.

I haven’t had to use this medicine yet but I am very thankful to have it on hand. My partner will most likely use this before me because I can’t swallow pills and these are quite large. Hopefully safer than some other alternative cold medicines.

I know that is probably subjective. They are pills so they have no flavor, they’re gel tablets. The packaging is pretty basic, but works.
