Gentle and effective

I take this daily and it works consistently without being harsh. It keeps my digestion regular and is especially helpful during travel with routines are off. No cramping or urgency--and the capsules are super easy to take. A great, gentle option that I couldn't live without :)

Excellent Product!!

One of the best ig you have issues with going on a regular basis. Start out with a low count of pills instead of the largest amount. If you've never used this product, I recommend trying it the night before your day off. This will allow you to judge how many pills you'll need to take.
