    Highly suggested nutrient, it fulfill your daily micro requirement. It have all the vitamins and mineral which are needed for your good health.     Good choice for a multivitamin. These claim to support energy, immunity, metabolism and muscle function. They contain a nice mix of vitamins and minerals. My only complaint is that they're a little larger and can occasionally feel like they get stuck in my throat. The serving size is 1 per day. I haven't had any issues with allergens or taking them consistently.

    Both the Centrum Women and Centrum Man multivitamins are excellent.They provide a complete range of essential nutrients to support daily health and well-being.     Packaging is nicely presented and unique making it easy to pick out on the shelf. Quite expensive and too be honest not as effective as I’d have thought. Seems more like a gimmick than a product to give a man all the vitamins he needs.

    These are the best multivitamins my father is personally using these and has no side effect. They don’t cause stomach issues and dosage of each vitamin is within recommended range. Taste is not too bad but I wish size of tablet should be bit smaller.

    Value due to quality of ingredients.

    I've been taking these vitamins for about 3 years now right after breakfast. It takes about 2 hrs to feel that its working. The stuff listed as ingredients are great and that's why I chose this brand. Quality is worth the few bucks extra I pay. Packaging is nice and informational
