e.l.f. Intense Ink Eyeliner Blackest Black - 0.088fl oz: Liquid, Paraben-Free, Vegan, Suitable for All Skin Types

I normally really like e.l.f products, but this eyeliner missed the mark, unfortunately. It's decent and easy to handle when you first start, but after only a few applications, it's to the point where it dries out before I can even finish one eye! I go for a subtle look too, so I'm not even using that much - but I'll struggle through one eye before it dries to an unusable point, put the cap back on, and then have to do something else for a few minutes before coming back to finish the other eye. It's almost a brand new tube - really disappointed about it :(

Works really well for me. Pigment was very black. Didn’t have to press hard like others mentioned. I must have gotten lucky because the one I got had no flaws. Works great for cat eyes. No complaints other than after using it for the first time I did get a stye. That may not be eyeliner related though however as my mascara was not brand new.

It kind of takes a while to work

bought twice and both times it seemed dried out already.

Couldn’t get the eyeliner to come out. Tested on my hand and had to press so hard to get the liquid out. No way I’m pressing that hard on my eye. Tried it several times and never got better, threw it away a week after buying it.

It’s super drying, hard to remove, leaves residue, takes like 3 coats to be fully black.

Watery, lacks pigment, dries up EXTREMELY fast. This eyeliner is the worst I've ever used, DO NOT BUY

Threw it out. It hurt my eyes to draw a line. Brush was very hard. Very poor quality

Completely dried out. I opened the box, I was able to do liner on one eye, and it was literally too dry to get the second eye done. Straight to the garbage. What a waste.

Easy to use. Slides right on. Doesn’t smear and great price point .

This eyeliner fades like crazy. I usually get the elf Waterproof Eyeliner Pen which I love, but this is trash in comparison. Barely any pigment and seems like it's already starting to dry out after just two uses. Would not recommend.

Brush is not stiff enough so the liner goes on crooked.

Horrible. It’s bleeds every time I used it. Had to return it. It transferred as well. Hard to use. I was trying to find a dupe for the stila eyeliner but alas this was not it.

So it’s super easy to use which I love. However, it’s not pigmented at all and it fades like crazy. At the end of the day it’s completely gone

Dry straight out of the packaging - from the first swipe the tip was dry and the formula was impossible to apply. Going over any space you already touched puts a big streak of skin in the middle of the line, the pen pulls off more liner than it applies. Really disappointing.

Didn’t even use it more than once because it was to dry for application.

This is my favorite liquid eyeliner. It’s so easy to use and so smooth.
