I think the product is great. Smears a little after a couple hours but it's very cheap so it's worthwhile. I dont know how but the lid part snapped in half and got eyeliner all over my makeup bag.

The best liquid liner. Ever.
I've been using liquid liner to do cat eyes for the past 20 years at least. This liner is my favorite that I've ever used. The brush is perfect for getting that precise wing. It stays on amazingly well especially considering it isn't waterproof. I honestly haven't and won't use any other liner since I found it quite awhile ago.
