Q: I bought the blue unflavored powder and thought it was suppose to contain hyaluronic acid - but it does not. Is my container defective? Also, was this container suppose to include a measuring cup?

Horrible new packaging

This would get 5 stars had it not switched to this horrendous packaging that I needed to ask ChatGPT how to open. Ridiculous to say the least. I’ve been using this product for years and this was my first time with the new “less plastic” packaging. I get it, but figure out a new way.

Product is good. Packaging sucks.

World’s most ridiculous packaging. The instructions are there, and the little tab to get through level one of the fortress of solitude ripped off and you need a knife to saw through level 2. Really?! I’m all for saving the planet, but when you make something unusable and really difficult to get to your product, what’s the point?

Love the product and the new packaging ♥️

So far so good! I am thrilled that you changed the packaging for your product. Last summer I specifically ordered 6mos worth from another company simply because of your plastic container packaging. I’ve read several negative reviews about the new packaging and it is different but once you get one open successfully, it’s super easy. Maybe you should shoot a quick video with a demo of how to open these containers and tie it to a QR code that accompanies the order.

Great product

This product blends great in my morning tea. I was a bit afraid at first but does not take away from the flavor of my tea. After a month have seen a difference in my finger nails so I hope it is working on my bones too.

Glad I gave this a try.

I am a first time user. I like the packaging. However a little more instruction on opening it would have been helpful, perhaps pictures! I got the unflavored and really like the way it dissolved in my morning coffee. I need to get more protein in each day and this works great.

The Packaging is horrible!!

Whoever decided this packaging was a good idea should be fired! It is so difficult to open that I ended up cutting the top open with a scissors. The packaging alone deserves a 1 star!

Packaging = trash

Whoever said opening the new packaging bc you think you’re so much better, smarter and stronger than everything… you’re lying lol. It truly does suck and is not user friendly. I haven’t tried the product but I’ll be back in about 3mo to give an update, since that’s what I’ve read how long until we see true results.

Something off

I have used the collagen peptide in the past with no issues but I have a container that has been open for a few months and now the color has changed and it will not dissolve in a cold drink but will in hot but taste off. It says best by date is in 2030. How long is it good for when opened?

Great product and FANTASTIC packaging!

I love this product. People frequently guess me at more than 10 years younger than my chronological age. My skin is beautiful. I add it to my coffee every morning. No taste and not grit. It literally disappears. Additionally, I love the fact that the packaging is so eco-friendly!! The first time, it was tricky to open. Now it is easy-peasy. It stays firmly closed and is easy to open every morning. Then, I can pop it right in the recycling or my compost.

The packaging is what sold me !!

I've been on this for about a month. There is no taste and it blends well in hot or cold. I make sure I take it with vitamin C (I put it in hibiscus tea). But by far the absolute BEST thing about this is the packaging. I will continue to buy this over anything else that is sold in a plastic bag. Also no need for a scoop, we all have spoons ! Smart move with the cardboard packaging. Mother Earth thanks you as do I.

Horrible Packaging Tub Option

New to this product but the packaging is horrible to use, hard to open and not putting in a measurable scoop is a big loss. I’m a packaging engineer in the food industry and there are many other paperboard options that are sustainable for powders that are more consumer friendly. This one is poorly executed. I don’t know if the product works yet as my initial interaction on the first try was struggling to open the container. Seems like the product is fairly tasteless and dissolves easily. I’ll continue use to see if I see results and/or get so frustrated with the packaging that I buy another brand with more user friendly opening and re-seal features WITH a scoop included!

Doesn’t mix well in a cold drink. Lots of globs. Packing so bad, i threw the container out and dumped into my own container. Hopefully, it’s working. Joints do feel better. Like that it has vitamin C.
