The tip is not stable and "smooshed" after using. Never had an experience like this before! My suggestion—too costly for this imperfections-Do not purchase.

This is a nice product in and of itself. The liner does not have a twist end for the user to make the tip longer as desired. This is an expensive liner, that doesn't really seem to meet my needs. I was hopeful after first use and then disappointed.

Bottom line whoever is having issues with this just needs to buy the ESSENCE SHARPENER! Its cheap it sharpens beautifully even with the plastic 0 issues and even tho its already mentioned the formulation is great! Even for the upper lid!

I bought 9 eyeliner @ hsn when they were on sale.3 for me 3 for my daughter and 3 for my bestie.@ first they were amazing now they don't even work.i am so upset cause same issue with the sharpening.do I have to get a lighter and burn the end .like we used too back in the 80's

I have very sparse eyelashes, so I like a long-wear eyeliner that I can smudge. This absolutely delivered, but when it came time to sharpen it....well, you just couldn't. The plastic is too hard to sharpen, and you will never have a sharp point again. So disappointing.

Whole i absolutely love the liner, wears well and all... the sharpening is infuriating!! You either have to sharpen WAY too far and waste a ton of very expensive product or it leaves insanely sharp points that hurt if they touch your lids!! There really had to be a better design for such a pricey product!!

I used to love this eyeliner, the last 2 times I've purchased, its breaking off, wasting a ton of product. I asked Ulta if i could exchange it, they told me to just push the liner back into the pencil. Ummm, no thank you! Will not purchase again and am not happy with Ulta either.

The color goes on easily and even on the water line, but the product runs out fast! I've used it for less than two weeks, and it's almost out. I just tried to sharpen it, and I ruined the tip. Not worth the money at all.
