Q: We just ordered the shampoo and conditioner and can’t get the new bottles to pop up the pump! We tried both directions and can’t figure it out - are they defective?? How do people do it?

  • A: Mine also didn’t pop up! I took off the lid completely. Rinsed off the shampoo. Held the clear plastic tube with a towel so it doesn’t move and then was able to twist it open.

    Dried out hair

    I love the smell nit too strong but not too light, it is a bit runny but that didn’t bother me it unfortunately really stripped and dried out my baby girls hair, I always used conditioner but I had to now put in hair oil to try and get it back to what it was, her mid to ends are very dry now and we are finally getting it back to what it was, we switched to Honest and have been pleased with it

    New formula is bad

    The formula has changed. It is now watery, runny and leaves my kids hair feeling so dry. I've been using this shampoo for my kids since 2024 and I won't be a customer anymore.

    Highly recommend!

    I just recently purchased this for my daughters after using the baby shampoo and wash for my baby. I love both of the hair shampoo + conditioner. I especially love that it is clean and toxin free! I will most definitely recommend pipette brand to my other mom friends!

    Love the conditioner however

    The pump dispenser is not working on several of the conditioner bottles which is annoying as I have to unscrew the lid to pour out the conditioner.

    REFORMULATION

    The reformulation of Nourishing Shampoo has changed in ingredients and the texture and is now so watery that it’s difficult to use. It pours and drips instead of staying in the hand, which leads to a lot of wasted product. I have to apply it directly onto my child’s head just to prevent it from running through my fingers, and I can’t imagine how younger children are supposed to manage this on their own. This is not practical or user-friendly.

    For grandmothers too!

    When my best friend sent me a photo of her grandkids, I commented that all of them have such healthy, shiny hair. She replied that they use Pipette shampoo. About six weeks later, I saw a new photo of my friend, and HER hair looked healthy and shiny. When I found out she now uses Pipette shampoo too, I ordered four bottles; one for my youngest grandchild and three for me. It works for me too!! I love the shine and the way my hair feels.
