Perfect super dark liner!
Super smooth application, and a really nice dark color. Very well pigmented. Didn't irritate my eyes at all, and lasted all night. Not the most accurate tip for winged liner but perfect for waterline. My eyes are pretty sensitive and this worked like a dream!

Won't sharpen nicely at all
The eyeliner itself was great. Until I had to sharpen it. The plastic barrel does not sharpen smoothly, the eyeliner keeps falling out in chunks. Not worth it. It won't sharpen smoothly enough so now there are sharp plastic ends that won't smooth.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This eyeliner is great ! I tend to have watery eyes which makes it hard for eyeliner to stay on. I apply it and top it with some black eyeshadow to really set it in place and works great. It doesn't last all night but still for a good amount of time!

A quick swatch on the hand shows that it is waterproof and long lasting. The pigment is also strong and doesn't give a grayish color. I really like it.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I have mixed feelings about the Urban Decay 24/7 Waterline Eye Pencil in the shade Legend. The packaging is a standard pencil that needs to be sharpened which is fine. The pigmentation is definitely there because it is extremely dark and the consistency is quite thick. However for my personal style it is just too dark and applies too thick making it look very harsh and not natural at all. Because the durability is so strong being waterproof it stays put but that also makes removal a bit of a hassle at the end of the day. I would rate it three stars because while it does what it claims it just does not give me the soft natural look I prefer.

Pigment that lasts all day!
I was skeptical at first because most of my pigmented eyeliners lose their color within a few hours of application, but this Urban Decay eyeliner stayed on all day and didn't lose any pigment!

I wish this came with its own pencil sharpener. My sharpener whittles it down. Works great when it's not scratching my eyeball.
