Loving this shampoo! With every shampoo I’ve tried in the last few months my hair starts to look dirty in less than 48 hours, this one helped with that a ton. It smells amazing and it does everything it’s supposed to do. Will definitely repurchase!

Doesn’t lather and made my scalp so dry it was uncontrollably itchy and flaky.

Love the pear smell and it leaves my hair shiny and silky.

I’m not really sure why so many people have had a negative experience with this shampoo and the matching conditioner. It smells good and performs well. There is no residue like some people are reporting. The shampoo appears to be a low-poo type of formula, but it effectively cleans!

I couldn’t get pump to work!

Pro the scent is amazing. But the cons are this does not lather, at all. I feel like I really have to use a lot of product to get this all over my hair. But the worst part is this shampoo feels like it leaves a film on my hair. I know that it’s a repairing shampoo but my hair just feels greasy.

Just bought this product smells ok was kinda scared to try it after all the review's I read. But I’m one of those people don’t huge a book by its cover. Will be back with my own review. To be continued!

Smell is awful. Either the bottle is bad or it’s made this way. Won’t purchase again.

I have short hair, so I typically only use shampoo. I use a Native 2-in-1 daily, but I love this shampoo! It makes my hair so soft and my hair styles perfectly every day that I use it. I will continue to repurchase based off the daily results I’ve seen.

I like the smell of it. I’ve been using it for a month now. I have thin medium length hair that’s colored. It’s been working good for me so far. The only negative thing I have about it is I have to use two pumps to get a good lather.

My favorite shampoo of all time. Wish they made it in the larger 30oz size, or even a 20oz. Same with the conditioner.

I have fine wavy bleached hair and I love it. Smells great, comes out thick,no hair fall and on day two my hair is normally greasy but not after using this. Sulfate damages hair so it makes sense this is sulfate free since this is a product for damaged hair. Sulfate is what “lathers/bubbles”. Glad I didn’t read reviews before purchasing. Since it is a moisturizing product with the conditioner- I opted out from my usual leave- in and just wash, condition and Kendra wave paste. That’s it smells great/ low maintenance.

Made my hair fall out

I think this is causing hair loss. My hair is NOTICEABLY thinner since using this shampoo and conditioner. It is not volumizing at all. It does smell good and lathers well when hair is sufficiently wet.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible. Doesn’t lather well and I’ve only been using it for 2-3 weeks and my hair is falling out in clumps!!!! I can tell my hair is so much thinner! Do not buy!!!!

This shampoo smells amazing, is super hydrating, suds up nicely, and overall works fairly well on my thick, porous hair. However - it does make my hair greasy sooner than other products. I can usually go 3-4 days between washes, but this product (when coupled with the conditioner) has me at every 2 days, and I fear that's pushing it. But the day of washing and the day immediately after, my hair is like SILK. I got compliments at work on the look and smell of my hair - so if you are truly combating dryness this may be the one for you! Definitely wouldn't work for fine or thin hair - it would weigh down too much.
