A mess
The liner itself is okay, but holding onto the product leaves a MESS on your hands. The outside packaging flakes off, and is so hard to clean up off of your face. I’ve had to wrap it in a tissue just to apply it. Fix the packaging!

Smudges off quickly
I have been looking for a replacement for Maybelline's discontinued Ulta Liner which stayed on all day with no smudging. I tried this product and it glides on wonderfully but within a few hours starts smudging off onto my eyelids. It is a terrible product.

Target gave me the wrong color
I didn’t like that I purchased a BROWN eyeliner, and the person who filled my order at Target, gave me a BLACK one instead. It was supposed to be a gift that was traveling internationally today, so I don’t even have time to exchange anymore. Therefore, I will return it. I have no opinion about the product itself, for I didn’t even open it.

Great formula, poorly made.
The formula is highly pigmented and has solid staying power. It definitely lives up to being waterproof and smudgeproof. However, I am very disappointed in the mechanics of the pen. I have only had it a short while and it started leaking! I am extremely gentle with my items and store it sideways. I've never dropped it or aggressively pulled the cap off. I'm uncertain how it could have started leaking other than it's faulty and assembled poorly. It's leaked so bad (and unexpectedly) that it smeared my application when I used it last night. If the pen didn't leak, I would give it 5 stars!

Bad formula aka literally DRY, false advertisement
Literally bought this eyeliner yesterday evening, opened it today to apply and it’s dry! I tried warming it up with my hands, shaking it, leaving it vertical to try to get product out, and I was only able to get a “Smokey effect” at best. Not really the “tattoo” ink solid application I was looking for/what was advertised. Packaging also implies a felt tip style applicator, but it actually has a brush tip, so more false advertising and dissatisfaction. I’ve been using Maybelline eyeliners for 10+ years now, but this is a “picked the wrong girl at the wrong time” kind of moment, so I’ll be switching brands out of principle and spite. Spent my last few bucks of my budget between paychecks just to basically get scammed. So bummed.

Favorite product, but the cap…
This has been my favorite eyeliner for probably over a year. I have oily hooded eye lids and it still stays on all day still, and the brush tip is my favorite. My biggest problem is that I’ve had to buy 6 of these in 2 months because the cap keeps popping off as soon as I put it back on. Just when I thought I have it on there, it pops off and dries out, gets all over the place, and I have to replace it after less than a week. At one point I stopped buying it for a few weeks because I thought maybe it was a manufacturing error.Can we please fix the packaging on these? I really don’t want to switch eyeliner pens.

Terrible pigment
I used this once, shook it up so there would be ink, and it dragged on my skin, it barely left any pigment and eventually was pulling ink off my face. This is a horrible product, definetly do not recommend.

Dry and thin. Took multiple layers to get it even sort of black. I shook the pen to see if I could get the ink flowing and it just exploded ink everywhere. The only pro is the brush tip makes it easy to get the right shape and a nice thin line.

worst eyeliner ever
DO NOT BUY. I used it for two days before the tip completely dried up, and for the two days i did use it, it came out flaky and uneven. I tried using it for another week or so as a gray "outline" because that's all i could get from it, and the outside of the pen started crumbling off in tiny plastic flakes onto my skin. i attached pictures. this is quite literally a scam eyeliner. temu and dollar general probably have better quality than this.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT!!
This is supposed to be a 16 HOUR LINER, but I have to reapply numerous times because it just fades away on the lower lid area! The “felt tip”??? Has tiny brushes that are bent back from putting the lid on, so you have to be careful not to mark up on face when applying! The lid “sticks” and is hard to pull off! A brush tip is the ONLY way to apply eye liner, the felt tips are unpredictable and tend to “flip” and get in your eye because you have to use a little pressure to get it to mark, whereas a brush is gentle and consistent! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! I would include pics but it doesn’t allow anywhere!!!

bad quality
this is genuinely some of the worst quality liquid eyeliner i have ever bought. it goes on very choppy and peels off as soon as it dries, which makes reapplication frustrating. i have to set it with black eyeshadow if i want it to last for more than an hour.
