Convenient cold relief combo for day and night wit
tried Alka-Seltzer Plus Severe Day + Night Cold tablets when I needed extra comfort during seasonal changes. I liked the fizzy action — it dissolved quickly and was easy to drink. The taste was a bit strong but manageable. I used the day and night versions separately and appreciated having a set that fits both times of day. The packaging was easy to understand, and the individual doses were convenient to carry. I would consider keeping this on hand again.

Tastes disgusting & weird effects but works
Oh my god. These taste disgusting. The aftertaste is awful, do not take it with water. The first time I tried with water I literally couldn’t take more than a few sips. I tried using apple juice and it was a bit better but I still had to chug it to get through. The day ones made me feel insane. Almost immediately I started feeling light headed and a little out of body and super jittery. It was like I was on something. It was a crazy feeling and freaked me out a little. I googled it and medicine like this (DayQuil etc) can have this side effect and it faded after some minutes. It definitely worked, I felt completely better and it lasted a while. Got rid of my sore throat and congestion for the day.

These work really well. I was trying to stop a cold in its tracks and every day that. I took these that is exactly what happened. I was having trouble getting them to completely dissolve. It seemed like there was always a little bit at the bottom of the glass that was really bitter and didn’t dissolve into the rest of the solution, but it didn’t bother me. I just added more water to my glass and tried to drink that too. I do not think the night time ones make me sleepy at all though so if you’re looking for something with a little more nighttime power I would pick something else.

Helped a lot
This medicine works quickly and kept my cold at bay so I could focus and continue my day. I definitely felt a lot worse once the medicine wore off. Nighttime medicine helped my rest for 2 nights in a row. I'll keep this in my medicine cabinet.
