I still have my ovaries and got my bloodwork doen in 2023. To ensure I didn't need any supplements. But I figured it couldn't hurt to take them.

    I have always struggled with

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always struggled with pms before and during my period, a couple of months ago i started struggling a lot more and turned out to me pmdd. I started taking hormone balance and have felt a big difference in symptoms, highly recommend. The doctor suggested anti depressants for pmdd, but as someone who has taken anxiety medication before i did not want to go on that, thank you so much Hum Nutrition!!
