Choking on Pills!
Every time I take 2 of these pills they get stuck in my throat and no amount of water will wash them out. It is the worst feeling. I will be returning the 2nd unopened bottle. Such a scary feeling almost makes me choke. I should have read the reviews before purchasing!

Just finished my second bottle. This bottle had an awful aftertaste of burnt hair? Other than that disgusting fault, these work great. I actually take these for my heart for tachycardia & it significantly has helped reduce how often I have palpitations.

I’ve take Naturemade but for the price I figured I’d give this a try. They get stuck in my throat constantly and cause massive indigestion. There’s also a terrible after taste that is less than great. Never buying again.

Works well but.....
The recommended dosage is 2caps( 200mg )but it makes me sick i.e headache, nausea, upset stomach, however when i take 1 cap i have no side effects at all and I'm able to sleep well, no drowsiness or feeling tired the next day like i do when i take melatonin for sleep.... 2 months of daily use and so far so good 👍 recommend

Beware!!
Wish I could give ZERO stars. Firstly, if you can get past the awful indigestion (even with food), beware of the heart palpitations and vision issues that could follow. These frightening changes gave me an immense amount of anxiety. (And I took these to aid with sleep. 😒) I have used other brands for years with zero issues, once I started this brand, I thought I was having a stroke or something. Took for one week and symptoms stopped once it was out of my system. These definitely need to be looked into. Something is very wrong.

Buyer Beware-caused heart palpitations!
I typically buy Natrure Made brand magnesium glycinate but they were out so I tried the target brand. I noticed while laying in bed at night I was having heart palpitations and the only thing I had changed was these target brand magnesium. I stopped taking them and changed back to Nature made and it stopped. If I could rate these a zero I would!

Concerning ingredients
The ingredients are concerning. Rice, gelatin and silica then the other two. Should only have a vegeterian coating and that’s it… used two whole bottles and my twitching hasn’t gone away, nor my visual disturbances like my neuro had mentioned. The pills are large. Take with meals and break it out to not hurt your liver/kidneys. For the price that is probably why it is ineffective. Will try another company with healthier ingredients.
