Hose cracked after a year
Was good while it lasted but it’s been a year and 3 months and it doesn’t suck anymore, throwing stuff back out and I noticed the hose is cracked. I cleaned the vacuum/filter regularly so sucks it still broke down

I bought this to replace my shark rocket pro. shark has great vacuums with powerful suction that outdo any Dyson for less. and this would have been a 5 star but this vacuum has a shorter cord and no headlamp which is a bit of a disappointment.

Can't turn off brushroll
I cannot turn off the brush roll. Even in the hard floor setting it's not turning off and it's beating up my over 100 year old maple floors. Now I have to return this.

Garbage vacuum
This is the worst Shark vacuum I’ve ever owned. I spend more time unclogging it than actually vacuuming. I can’t get 5 minutes worth of vacuuming in before having to take it apart again. I’m done with it.

Planned obsolescence is a shame. These shark vacuums are getting even cheaper and cheaper. The hose will rip off, the wheels break! This was useless after 5 months. Absolute trash! Shameful that Shark makes such trash for our landfills.
