My neck hurts more using this. Too stiff not at all adjustable

Absolutely love this! I love a firm memory foam pillow. This one is very firm but not too high so doesn’t hurt the neck. Would highly recommend if you like a firm pillow with a lot of support.

I've always bought cheap pillows for less than $15 in the past. However, this year, I made a decision to invest in my sleep and bought the Casper Pillow. Let me tell you, it has been such a game-changer! I have zero regrets about my purchase. I sleep like a baby and wake up feeling so energized every morning. In fact, I'm already planning to buy a second one. This pillow is amazing!

This pillow was a total waste of money. Your head will not sink in and your neck will hurt for the couple weeks from using this pillow. Go get a purple pillow. This Casper pillow just sits around in my closet and it hasn’t been used since my neck started hurting.

This pillow has caused me more neck and back issues than I started out with. For the first couple nights it’s comfortable, cool, and firm. After about a month every morning I’m waking up with terrible neck pain because the pillow isn’t properly supporting my neck no matter how I sleep. It’s not as firm anymore. This was a waste of time and money.

This pillow is terrible. Stiff is an understatement. It also smells like chemicals.

10/10 if you like foam pillows like me

This is the pillow I have been looking for all my life! I had chronic neck and back pain and felt like I was 120 years old when I got out of bed in the morning. Everything hurt. After using this pillow for 3 nights I sleep all night better than I ever have and my neck pain is gone. I don't toss and turn all night and have not had insomnia episodes anymore. I wake up now feeling like my age of 50 and have no back pain. I have never felt better. This pillow is a miracle. Cannot recommend this enough. All my friends are buying them.

It’s so comfortable! I’m a side sleeper. It the perfect level between my shoulder and the bed.. it’s PERFECT! No more shoulder pain!

Very comfortable pillow, it is firm but still has the right amount of cush. Nice cool feel to it when sleeping at night

The pillow is nice for side sleepers. It keeps your head from sinking into that position that bends your neck awkwardly. But it’s such a slick pillow that pillow cases DO NOT stay on. I can’t stand it. If you’re going to get it, I recommend also getting zippered pillow cases. Great pillow, your pillow cases just may not match your sheets.

This pillow is great for people who like a more firm pillow. If you’re a side (and back) sleeper it gives good support and it’s very comfy. The only thing is it smells like chemicals when you first open it but if you let it air out it goes away.

The firmness takes getting used to, but now I can’t sleep without it! Helped my neck pain in the long run.

This pillow provides great support, and the cooling feature keeps me comfortable all night. I love it and have even recommended this particular style/type to family who have also been really pleased. I saw a review mentioning a chemical smell, but I haven’t experienced this with the ones I bought.

Comfortable but chemical smell that doesn't go away

The people who keep saying this is “rock hard” or “too tall” must be tripping. This pillow is supportive, yet still soft. It is much softer than you’re typical foam pillow. It is also the perfect height for your neck. If you like very light and cushy pillows, then just don’t get a foam pillow. Definitely recommend this for those that struggle with neck pain!
