Arrived nicely packaged and fast shipment. My 14 year old put this together solo with no issues. It looks great and is very sturdy. The finish is a close match to the Malm/Storklinta light oak finish if you’re looking for complementary pieces.

I bought the desk with this same design, and it is sturdy and was super easy to put together. When this arrived, it was already damaged, even though it was perfectly packaged. I can tell that when it was put together, because the base that holds the drawers comes assembled, that is when it was damaged - when it was being put together at the manufacturer. But it was still put into the package and shipped to a paying customer! So frustrating.

Decent piece, but arrived damage the first time

I ordered this for my daughter’s room. The first time, it arrived damaged. Customer service was helpful to a degree but there was a lot of confusion around who was going to pick up the item. I spent around 1.5 hours total on the phone with customer service between two calls. Second time, no damage to the item. Feels like a strong piece and my daughter likes it. Only negative is if you have baseboards, it comes off the wall quite a bit because it also has those rounded pieces in the back that create space between it and the wall. I got it on sale for $100 and don’t think it’s worth more than that, personally.

Sad excuse of Support

Never did I think that I would be giving my favorite store a 1 star rating, but after today, I would leave a 0 if possible! It’s not even the cabinet it’s self but more of the horrible customer service I experienced! Just received this cabinet today and after unpacking it, there was damage on the side of the cabinet, so I called CS and basically was offered a credit of $10 or I’d need to pack this heavy unit up and carry to a store myself. Tried to speak with a higher support person to see if anything else could be done - ie: send me a dang replacement like every other company would do to MAKE IT RIGHT, but NOT only was the credit offer removed as an option because they can not “authorize” that the item not be returned since it’s damaged. Seriously feel beyond disappointed because Target has always been my place of solace after a stressful day but after this joke of support, that feeling is long gone!! TARGET - figure out the right way to keep your customers loyal!!! 😡
