Great formula, ehhh smell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s a lot that I do like about this shampoo so I’ll start with the positives. I have a lot of thick hair and this was nicely clarifying, only needing to rinse and repeat once. Easy to use, it suds up in my hair really well and I used a heavy dollop both times. My hair wasn’t overly stripped but it did feel very clean without any left over buildup or residue. The main thing I disliked about this is the scent. To me, it could be unisex but it leans too masculine and is very strong. It smells just like a men’s cologne and I could just not stand it in my hair. I’m not even a sweet/gourmand person but I wouldn’t rather it smell more neutral or “fresh”. I ended passing this on my spouse who love the way this smells.

Clarifies and Conditions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although my hair is naturally curly, I wear it straight (blown out). When I used the shampoo/conditioner, it washed through easily and the conditioner hydrated well. The scent is quite pleasant, and is not overpowering. My hair felt clean yet soft. This is the clarifying line so it washed out the build up of hair spray and other products nicely.

Average shampoo, not super clarifying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t feel that this shampoo was any more clarifying than a regular shampoo—normally with clarifying shampoos I can get about an extra 1/2 to fill day before my hair starts to get oily again. I didn’t really notice my hair staying clean longer, though it did clean about as well as a regular shampoo. It lathered and rinsed out okay. To me the scent was on the weaker side, especially compared to the matching conditioner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This clarifying shampoo works extremely well. I posted a photo of my scalp because my scalp is so clean after I use this product. I do have bleach blonde hair so I don’t use this product more than once a week or even every two weeks depending on my buildup of products in my hair. The smell is really attractive. It is sort of a masculine blue, cool water scent. The shampoo ladders up really nice and does a great job clarifying. I would recommend this brand and this set for a clarifying shampoo and a conditioner you can use daily.

Good clarifying shampoo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this shampoo on my daughter’s hair since it was wash day for her. The shampoo is easy to apply and comes out the bottle easily. It coats the hair very well and suds up easily. Since it’s a clarifying shampoo it does seem to strip the hair some which is what I needed as my daughter had lots of oils and creams in her hair. I love the inclusion of sea moss as I have heard it’s really good her hair and skin. The shampoo is scented slightly which you can smell from the bottle. The scent fades when washed out but it does linger some. It’s shampoo and it does what’s it intended to do. I dont clarify each wash so this bottle will last us quite a bit.

Lightweight and gentle reset
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using for the past month, and its the perfect shampoo to reset my hair. I use this once a week between washes, and it gets my haor so clean, especially from all the hair products I use within the week for styling. I have color treated hair, and this is so gentle and doesnt strip away the color or dry out my hair, so I have no worries about it being too harsh for a weekly use. Will continue using!

Packaging was cute and minimalist. My downside is that it made my hair feel extremely tangly afterwards. Now, this may have just been my texture though.

I can’t get over how good this smells.

It makes my hair feel super soft, and gave me some nice volume throughout the day. Even using it at the beach, the scent was perfect and it was very gentle yet still clarifying. My scalp gets so oily but this has been making it feel really neutral and healthy. I’ve gad a lot of good hair days. Definitely plan on using it throughout this summer!

LOVE the scent

The scent alone (a mix of salt, musk, and sandalwood) had me from the get go… so its purpose of boosting your mood really was effective. I’ve always loved being at the beach and just being by the ocean so I’m glad I picked this scent out of all the ones offered. The shampoo is a clear liquid that makes my hair feel clean, soft, and healthy.

The Being Frenshe Clarifying Shampoo - Salty gets my hair and scalp squeaky clean. It has a nice, calming scent that’s not overpowering and doesn’t linger after hair styling. Appropriate for clarifying your hair and scalp every few shampoos. Not appropriate for daily use if you have processed or dyed hair, but a great shampoo to use monthly to clear product build-up and cleanse your scalp.

Helped my scalp health in just a short time

This has been really great in sorting my scalp health resulting in less dry skin and less matted heavy, oily hair. It smells fantastic as well.

It left my hair feeling clean but not overly dried out or stripped like a lot of clarifying shampoos do! I can definitely note the effectiveness of this product, leaving my hair, looking non-greasy and fully clean while really not even using that much of the product. Because of this, I feel like a single bottle can last quite some time. For the price point, this is definitely well priced and I will definitely be trying out their other scents to see how those compare!

Gentler clarifier that gets the job done

I paired it with the line's conditioner, and they worked beautifully together. I really like the smell, my husband said it's not his favorite but he also doesn't hate it. A little product goes a long way and as you can see from the pic it is a bit runny, though no more than a standard shampoo.
